8、Organizational Management Personnel Information Position Information Decision Layer Business Layer Basis Layer 基础层 包含的是变动很小的静态数据,主要有两大类,一类是员工个人属性数据,如姓名、性别、学历等;另一类是企业数据,如企业组织结构、职位设置、工资级别、管理制度等。基础数据在HR 系统初始化的时候要用到,是整个系统正常运转的基础.Basis layer contains static data of small changes,including two main catego
