17、口。资源十分丰富，历史源远流长， 文化博大精深。去年11月，我国与东盟国家一致批准此后2023内逐步建立中国-东盟自 由贸易区,有关方面正就启动谈判进行接触。这些将为亚洲国家和地区扩大交流、深化合 作，提供重要渠道和机制。但是，与欧洲和北美区域合作相比，亚洲区域合作相对落后。 一段时间以来，许多方面对亚洲区域合作的发展方向提出了不少独到的见解。这里，我谈 几点见解：TONE / TONE第一，以经济合作为重点，逐步拓展全方位合作。发展经济是亚洲各国的首要任务。从 实际需要和实践看，可以把贸易、交通、农业、信息、能源作为优先合作的领域，并逐步 向其他领域扩展。TONE / TONE第二，立足现有

18、合作渠道，不断扩大合作范围。东亚、南亚、西亚和中亚地理上相对 独立，经济发展各有特色。从便利性和有效性看，应一方面加强次区域合作，在此基础上, 积极探索泛亚合作的途径。TONE / TONE第三，实行开放式的地区合作。开放是亚洲文化的传统，合作不能自我封闭,更不能 形成排他性集团。亚洲国家应通过APEC、亚欧会议和东亚-拉美合作论坛等渠道，进一 步加强与各大洲国家的合作。TONE / TONE中国是亚洲的一员，有十三亿人I。二十年来，中国坚定不移地推动改革开放,加速国 民经济发展，促进人民生活改善。随着新世纪的到来，中国现代化建设进入了新的阶段， 国民经济将以每年增长7 %以上的速度连续向前发

Than k you.1、英语翻译证书考试一级口译证书考试一、级别描述与合用对象通过一级口译证书考试的考生可以做各种正式场合的交替传译和同声传译，达成专业 翻译水平；可以胜任高级别正式场合的发言及各类国际会议的交替传译和同声传译工作。本级别考试的合用对象为通过专业英语翻译培训I,拥有英语翻译经验的专业翻译人员 或具有同等能力的各类人员。二、考试形式、内容与考试时间一级口译证书考试

20、包含两个部分:第一部分为交替传译，其中第一节为英译汉交替传 译,规定考生将一段6 00词左右的英语发言译成汉语；第二节为汉译英交替传译,规定考 生将一段8 0 0字左右的汉语发言译成英语。该部分的考试采用听录音做翻译的方式进行。考生将听到的英语或汉语发言分别译成 汉语或英语，并同时录在磁带上。每段发言录音中，每隔1分钟至2分钟有一段停顿，停 顿时间约为播放录音时间的1-1.5倍,该时间是留给考生翻译的时间。听录音时,考生可 以做笔记，并充足运用停顿的时间进行翻译。第二部分为同声传译，其中第一节为英译汉，规定考生将一篇约100 0词的英语演讲 以同声传译的方式译成汉语,第二节为汉译英，规定考生将

21、一篇约14 0 0字左右的汉语演 讲以同声传译的方式译成英语。该部分采用听录音做同声传译的方式。考生须将听到的 英语或汉语发言分别同传译成汉语或英语。正式考试前考生每人可获得一张口译证书考试考生须知，须知指导考生如何填写姓 名、考点和考号以及考试方式，此外在考试内容一项中给出了各部分考试的内容简介。两部分的考试时间分别约为30分钟，两部分考试之间间隔1小时。考试采用百分制计分方式，交替传译和同声传译各占5 0%,满分分别为5 0分。考试合格标准为总分70分，同时规定交替传译、同声传译单项得分分别不低于3 0分。达成上述合格标准者方能获得证书。2、英语翻译证书考试二级U译证书考试一、级别描述与合

22、用对象通过二级口译证书考试的考生可以做各类正式场合的口译工作，达成专业翻译水平； 可以胜任正式会议及技术性或商务会谈等活动的交替传译工作。本级别考试的合用对象为具有英语专业或英语翻译专业研究生水平者或具有同等水 平的各类人员。二、考试形式、内容与考试时间二级口译证书考试分为两部分,第一部分英译汉交替传译，规定考生将一段500词左 右的英语发言译成汉语。第二部分汉译英交替传译,规定考生将一段7 0 0字左右的汉语发 言译成英语。考试时间大约为30分钟。口译采用听录音做翻译的方式进行。考生将听到的一段英语或汉语发言分别译成汉语 或英语，并同时录在磁带上。每段发言录音中,每隔半分钟至1分钟有一段停顿

23、，停顿时间 约为播放录音时间的1T. 5倍，该时间是留给考生翻译的时间。听录音时，考生可以做笔 记，并充足运用停顿的时间进行翻译。正式考试前考生每人可获得一张口译证书考试考生须知，须知指导考生如何填写姓 名、考点和考号以及考试方式,此外在考试内容一项中给出了各部分考试的内容简介。考试采用百分制计分方式,满分为10 0分。英译汉、汉译英各占总分的50%,满分分 别为50分。考试合格标准为总分7 0分，并规定英译汉、汉译英的单项得分分别不低于30分。3、英语翻译证书考试三级口译证书考试一、级别描述与合用对象通过三级I译证书考试的考生可以做一般性发言和会谈的口译;可以胜任一般性的交 替传译和陪同口译

24、工作。本级别考试的合用对象为具有英语专业或翻译专业本科四年级水平者或具有同等水 平的各类人员。二、考试形式、内容与考试时间三级口译证书考试分为三部分，第一-部分对话,规定考生将一段4 00字/词左右的对 话分别译成英语或汉语。第二部分英译汉交替传译，规定考生将一段2 50词左右的英语 发言译成汉语。第三部分汉译英交替传译，规定考生将一段2 50字左右的汉语发言译成 英语。考试时间大约为30分钟。口译采用听录音做翻译的方式进行。考生将听到的一段英语或汉语发言分别译成汉语 或英语，并同时录在磁带上。每段发言录音中，每隔几秒钟或几十秒钟后有一段停顿，停 顿时间约为播放录音时间的1一1. 5倍，该时间是留给考生翻译的时间。听录音时,考生可 以做笔记,并充足运用停顿的时间进行翻译。正式考试前考生每人可获得一张U译证书考试考生须知，须知指导考生如何填写姓考考试采用百分制计分方式，满分为100分。第一部分占总分的40%,满分为40分, 第二部分占总分的30%满分为30分，第三部分占总分的3 0%,满分为30分。考试合格标准为总分70分，并规定第一部分不低于2 4分，第二部分不低 于18分，第三部分不低于18分。
