Ten percent were found to require more urgent care, allowing medics to attempt to fast-track them.Experts say automation could great

4、ly assist NHS efforts to tackle record backlogs, with waiting lists littered with errors and duplication. But some early schemes have introduced major errors. Last year, 1,800 patients were deleted from Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospital NHS tmsts waiting list, without their GP bein

5、g informed or the trust even being aware. According to internal reports, the error occurred because of a mistake in the handling of a “robotic process automation programme.
