1、研究制造系统能量效率的基本框架与困境,机械工程论文内容摘要:制造业量大面广,能耗总量宏大;提升制造系统能量效率已成为各国制造业可持续发展的关键战略,国际上的研究非常活泼踊跃。为此,总结了制造系统能量效率又称能效的内涵,分析和概述了制造系统能量效率的研究现在状况;在这里基础之上,总结了制造系统能量效率的研究内容,并提出由三类研究对象能耗行业、能耗系统以及能耗组件、四类基础理论或技术能效建模、能效特性、能效评价和能效监控、两类功能技术制造系统运行能效优化技术和高能效制造系统建设技术以及一个根本目的提高制造系统运行能量效率组成的制造系统能量效率研究内容体系框架;最后,考虑到离散制造系统能量效率问题的
2、研究起步较晚、过去重视不够以及其复杂性等因素,分析和总结出了离散制造系统能量效率研究有待深化的五个难点问题,即离散制造系统能量效率建模问题、精细评价问题、产品能耗定额问题、高能效多目的优化问题和高能效机床设计问题。 本文关键词语:制造系统;能量效率;研究现在状况;体系构造;离散制造系统。 Abstract:Manufacturing industries are in enormous quantity and consume great amount of energy. In recent years, improving energyefficiency in manufacturing
3、 systems has become a key strategy and a hot topic for sustainable manufacturing. The connotation ofenergy efficiency of manufacturing systems is summarized, and the statue of energy efficiency research on manufacturing systems isreviewed and analyzed. Based on the research progresses, a content arc
4、hitecture framework about energy efficiency research onmanufacturing systems is developed. The framework encompasses three objects industries, systems and components of energyconsumption, four basic theories or technologies the characteristics, modeling, evaluation and monitoring of energy efficienc
5、y inmanufacturing systems, two kinds of functional techniques the techniques for improving running energy efficiency ofmanufacturing systems and the techniques for developing energy-efficient manufacturing systems and one basic target promoteenergy efficiency of manufacturing system。 Finally, consid
6、ering the statue of research on energy efficiency of discrete manufacturingsystems DMS, which is lack of attention in past time and is studied late, the complexity of research on energy efficiency of DMS isanalyzed.
