1、中国中学生法制教育的困境探究,法制教育论文本篇论文目录导航：【题目】 中国中学生法制教育的窘境探究【前言】【第一章】【第二章】【第三章】【结束语/以下为参考文献】 摘 要 近期几年，中学生违法犯罪率居高不下，给社会发展与稳定造成了很大影响，也给人民群众的人身和财产造成了宏大的损害，怎样解决中学生违法犯罪问题，是摆在我们国家法治社会建设中的一个重要问题。中学生违法犯罪行为增加，这与中学生法制教育不到位有密切的关系。当下，各个中学、社会、家长等固然已经在一定层面上认识了中学生法制教育的重要性，但是在思想上却没有真正地重视起中学生法制教育，导致中学生法制教育中还存在着不少问题。本文具体分析了当前中学

2、生法制教育中存在的问题，以为在当前的中学生法制教育当中，学校教育没有发挥出应有的作用，家庭教育开展不到位，社会教育作用不突出，学校、家庭和社会之间，在中学生法制教育上没有构成合力，社会上的一些不良思想和观念，对中学生法制教育的效果起到了弱化的作用。要想解决这些问题，笔者以为在中学生法制教育中应该从学生本身、家庭、学校和社会事务的角度，构建起完善的法制教育体系。从学生本身的角度来讲，应该加强自我约束、自我管理能力的培养，学会自我管理和自我约束。从家庭的角度来讲，要不断提升家长的素质与能力，丰富家长的法律知识，把握一定的法制教育方式方式方法，同时要为中学生的健康成长创造一个良好的家庭环境，科学地运

3、用讲服教育、沟通教育等家庭教育方式方法。当然，必须发挥学校教育的主体性作用，在这一方面应该编制新的具有可读性、趣味性的教学资料，在这里基础上改良和完善教学方式方法，建立一支高水平的专业老师队伍等；在社会教育方面，既要发挥媒体宣传在法制教育上的作用，还要充分发挥及司法部门在社会教育中的作用，将法制教育作为相关司法部门的一项基本职能。在这里基础上，将学校、家庭和社会三者有效结合起来，不断提高中学生法制教育水平，发挥中学生法制教育在预防和控制中学生犯罪中的作用。通过上述研究，希望能够对当下的中学生法制教育相关单位、部门提供一些帮助和启示，使其从思想上重视起中学生法制教育，在这里基础上不断提高中学生法

Students from the perspective of their own, should strengthen self-discipline,cultivating the self management ability, l

Fromthe family perspective to continuously improve the quality and ability of parents, parents ofthe rich legal knowledge, master the method of certain legal education, and to create agood family environment for the healthy growth of the students, the scient
