1、微创介入治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效,传染病学论文摘 要: 目的 讨论在带状疱疹后神经痛患者的镇痛治疗中应用微创参与治疗的价值。方式方法 选取2021年2月-2021年2月在河南省兰考第一医院进行救治的100个带状疱疹后神经痛病人,均等分为常规组和治疗组,每组50个。常规组病人采取常规方式进行治疗,治疗组除了做和常规组一样的镇痛治疗外,另外进行微创参与治疗。一段时间后分别对两组病人进行采访,把病人对所受治疗的评价进行统计和分析。结果 治疗组的疼痛评分、生活质量均优于常规组(P 0.05)。结论 将微创参与治疗应用于带状疱疹后神经痛患者的镇痛治疗中能提高患者治疗镇痛效果,具有较高的临床利用价值。
