2、、民族文化产业的概念和价值，以及技术与民族文化的关系；归纳概括了民族文化产业的文化资源的丰富多样性、脆弱濒危性、原生态性、历史性与传承性四方面特征；从民族文化产业的技术，以及民族文化产业的传统技术与当代技术的交互运用的节点上阐述了民族文化产业中技术的范畴和蕴含；通过对民族文化产业中的民族文化产品创作生产、产业管理、产业传播等领域的技术应用现在状况的考察分析，提出了技术是民族文化产业发展的决定性气力、技术促进了民族文化产业的发展创新、技术与民族文化的产业融合创造出新民族文化、技术深化了民族文化的审美情趣等具有理论性的论断；揭示出技术在民族文化产业发展中面临的窘境，即民族文化产业实践中存在对技术认
