1、儿童龋齿防范中口腔综合保健应用价值,口腔论文内容摘要:目的 讨论口腔综合保健预防儿童龋齿的效果。方式方法 选择2021年2月2021年2月我院治疗的200例龋齿患儿为研究对象,按随机抽签分组方式分为两组,每组100例。观察组施行口腔综合保健,对照组施行常规保健,分析两组刷牙2次比例、正确刷牙比例、知识优良率、龋齿发生率以及患儿家属对牙齿保健知识的把握评分。结果 观察组的龋齿患儿刷牙2次比例、正确刷牙比例、知识优良率均高于对照组,龋齿发生率显著低于对照组,两组比拟差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05);观察组患儿家属的牙齿保健知识把握评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论 口腔综

4、ontrol group carried out routine health care.The proportion of brushing twice,the proportion of brushing correctly,the rate of excellent and good knowledge,the incidence of dental caries and the score of the children s family members on dental health care were analyzed. Results The ratio of brushing
5、 twice,the ratio of correct brushing and the rate of good knowledge in the observation group were higher than that in the control group.The incidence of tooth decay in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P 0.05).The dental health knowledge mastery score of th
6、e families of the children in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive oral health care is effective in preventing dental caries in children and can reduce the incidence of dental caries. 儿童期,龋齿是常见口腔疾病。一旦患儿出现乳牙过早龋坏或缺失,不仅对患儿牙齿的咀嚼功能造成影响,同时
7、还可对颌骨的正常发育造成影响。因而,早期施行龋齿的预防特别必要1。本文通过对儿童龋齿情况进行分析,总结其预防效果。 1 资料与方式方法 1.1 一般资料 选择2021年2月2021年2月我院治疗的龋齿患儿200例为研究对象,按随机抽签分组方式分为两组,每组100例。观察组100例中,男50例,女50例;年龄35岁,平均(4.02 1.02)岁。对照组100例中,男51例,女49例;年龄46岁,平均(5.99 1.54)岁。两组龋齿患儿的基本资料比拟,差异无统计学意义(P 0.05)。 1.2 方式方法 (1)对照组:施行常规口腔保健。(2)观察组施行口腔综合保健。教育宣传:采用多种宣教方式对儿
