1、教育管理硕士论文精选6篇,教育硕士论文近年来,随着基础教育课程改革的不断深化，国家大力推进素质教育，全面提高中小学生的综合素质，研学旅行作为一种校内教育与校外教育有效衔接的创新形式，是全面推进中小学生素质教育的重要途径，遭到社会各界的广泛关注。我们国家从 2020 年起，在全国部分省市中小学开展研学旅行试点工作，国家旅游部门出台的有关政策中，均对推行和发展中小学研学旅行有重要阐述，一直到 2021 年底，教育部等 11 部门正式出台(关于推进中小学生研学旅行的意见，研学旅行正式纳入中小学教育教学计划。研学旅行不仅丰富了学生综合实践活动课程的内容，而且创新了课程施行方式，将社会教育、学校教育、生

2、活教育严密联络在一起，将研学实践与学校课程有机融合，在实践中提高学生的核心素养，实现 行走中的生活教育 。(意见出台以来，各省、市也纷纷下发文件，积极开展和推进研学旅行，一时间，旅行社、旅游景点、校外培训机构和企业均打起了 研学牌 ，研学旅行市场日渐火爆。石家庄作为河北省中小学研学旅行试点，积极探寻求索开展研学旅行，在部分试点学校试行的基础上，再次印发文件，进一步推进当地研学旅行的发展。 随着地方政策的不断出台，以旅游部门为主的社会各界纷纷刮起了 研学旅行风 ，各种研学旅游产品层出不穷，引起了社会的广泛关注，那么做为一种新的教育方式，究竟研学旅行开展的怎么样？能否到达了教育的目的？笔者试图从初

3、中生入手，结合本职工作，通太多方面的考察、调研、走访、座谈，发现研学旅行虽获得了一些初步成效，但确存在着机制不健全、研学质量不高、效果不明显、特色不突出、专业人才队伍不健全、研学经费投入缺乏等众多突出问题。基于此，通过全面分析问题存在的原因，从教育的视角出发，结合实际工作，从机制建设、研学道路、活动组织、课程研发、师资培训、教育评价、安全保障、基地建设等方面进行研究，针对存在的问题提出了五个方面的对策和建议，一是建立科学完善的运行机制，提出建立主导、部门联动的协调机制，明确各方责任，各负其责、分工合作，加大资金投入，营造一个良好的政策环境，推动施行主体高效开展研学旅行；二是科学规划主题线路，开

4、发精品课程。根据初中生以县情市情为主开展研学旅行的特点，结合本地社会资源，深切进入挖掘教育资源，科学规划主题突出、特色鲜明、能够激发学生学习兴趣的主题线路，并结合线路资源开发精品课程，进而构成本地品牌，确保研学质量；三是加强研学旅行基地的建设与管理，整合资源，充分发挥各基地的资源优势；四是充分发挥营地的辐射带动作用，规范研学旅行的组织施行；五是加强特色研究，探寻求索和推进课题类研学旅行教育工作，促进当地研学旅行的发展。 关键字：研学旅行,研学旅行教育,综合实践活动 Abstract In recent years, with the deepening of basic education c

Has it achieved thepurpose of education? The author tries to start with junior h

13、igh school students, throughvarious investigations, surveys, visits and discussions, and finds that although somepreliminary results have been achieved in research travel, there are many outstandingproblems such as imperfect mechanism, low quality of research, imperfect professionals andinadequate i

14、nvestment in research funds Based on this, through a comprehensive analysis ofthe causes of the problems, starting from the perspective of education and combining withpractical work, this paper studies the problems from the aspects of funding, research route,activity organization, curriculum researc

15、h and development, teacher training, educationevaluation, safety assurance and base construction, and puts forward five countermeasures forthe problems Suggestions are as follows: first, to establish a scientific and perfect operationmechanism, to put forward a coordination mechanism led by the gove
