1、综述PCT在不同感染性疾病中的临床应用情况(3),医学检验论文在诸多感染和脓毒症诊断的生物标志物中，PCT是迄今为止应用最广泛的标志物。PCT能够帮助临床医生更早地鉴别细菌性感染，评估感染的严重程度并进行抗菌药物用药管理。但PCT与其他生物标志物一样，在应用时应结合患者病史，考虑到任何可能会干扰PCT检测结果的因素，考虑到其临床使用的局限性。同时，无论是PCT还是其他感染监测的指标，都远远不是一个 金标准 测试，当前以及将来需要更多的研究来确定其能否能对死亡率或并发症进行准确的预判，能否能安全、有效地指导抗菌药物管理。 以下为参考文献： 1 ASSICOT M,GENDREL D,CARSIN
