2、M 技术，来分析国内 BIM 技术应用现在状况与发展障碍，对今后 BIM技术的应用推广提出对策建议。 本人结合 BIM 技术在杭州某项目建设管理中的应用实践案例，借鉴国外 BIM技术的政策体系与应用经历体验，分析国内 BIM 技术的发展现在状况，通过 BIM 技术在项目建设管理中的应用研究，结合对各参建方调研问卷的分析，总结出 BIM 在应用推广中各方的困难和障碍，提出 BIM 技术在我们国家应用的相关建议。 论文改变原来从单一建设主体业主方/施工方/设计方等单一角度去研究，通过整合各参建方的气力共同推进 BIM 技术在项目建设管理中的综合应用。 从 BIM 技术在项目建设管理中应用目的、施行

3、计划、保障体系、施行经过、施行效果五个方面进行应用实践研究，对 BIM 技术解决建设管理中的相关问题进行效果评估，总结 BIM 技术在使用经过中的技术成果。本文研究结果表示清楚： 1BIM 技术的实践运用打破了过去项目参建方各自为政，以个体利益为主的行为，整合各参建方气力，由业主方、施工方、监理方三方共同和 BIM 服务方建立合作关系，各参建方基于 BIM 技术建立统一的目的，统一的合作分享平台，统一的 BIM 软件进行数据信息传递分享，建立一种集成的面向项目全经过的团队组织。各方之间风险共担、利益分享，以实现项目整体价值最大化的总体目的。 2通过该项目在建设管理经过中 BIM 技术的应用，表

4、示清楚 BIM 技术具有明显优势，给本项目相关工程管理人员带来了一套全新的项目管理形式，这种新形式有别于以往的方式方法，使工程数据更透明化，数据统计查找愈加方便，数据的利用率也成倍提高，对安全、质量、进度、投资等方面的管理控制起到重要作用。 3通过本项目的施行，验证了 BIM 技术能够实现多方面信息数据分享，多角度数据分析统计，对施工现场管理起到有益的帮助。再结合对各参建方的问卷调研，总结出 BIM 技术在应用推广经过中的困难和障碍，对今后 BIM 技术的应用推广提出对策建议。 本文关键词语：BIM,建设管理，应用研究 Abstract The overall scale of China s
