1、皮肤摄影技术的应用现在状况与展望(4),医学技术论文近年来,光声成像已在乳腺癌诊断59、肿瘤血管新生成像60、血红蛋白和血氧浓度成像61、心脑血管易损斑块成像等得到应用62.该技术对皮下微血管的三维成像在皮肤病、整形外科等领域有着重要应用。但皮下微血管的功能成像仍然面临挑战63.双波长584nm和764nm 光源对黑素瘤小鼠模型完好显示黑素肿瘤的形态和周围的血管64.7多光子CT7. 1多光子CT原理多光子CT是利用近红外飞秒激光具有亚分子空间分辨率的特点发展而来,一个荧光分子同时吸收两个一样频率的飞秒脉冲红外光光子,到达高能激发态,经过一个弛豫经过后自发跃迁,辐射出一个频率略小于两倍入射光频
2、率的紫外光或可见光荧光分子。除了双光子激发荧光外,由组织构造的不同而产生二次谐波信号SHG 可用于不同细胞构造 细胞壁、胶原纤维 成像。具有较清楚明晰分辨不同组织、细胞构造的功能,相对共聚焦激光成像技术分辨率更高层次。7. 2多光子CT的应用多光子CT主要用于黑素瘤诊断,在科研中具有更广阔的应用前景 化装品评价、皮肤老化研究、药效评价等。7. 3多光子CT的特点和发展多光子CT技术分辨率较高,有望得到更广泛的应用,但制约该技术应用的主要障碍为价格相对高昂、穿透深度缺乏,这两点有待于今后研制生产中逐步解决。8结束语总体而言,皮肤影像技术是一种在体、无创的检查手段,已经在色素性、非色素性皮损及相关
