2、一道亮丽的风景，丰富了视觉效果，改善环境质量，也为人们提供亲水性寓居场所。在创造一个多样化、多元化的环境中，水往往大规模地被应用，很多水景的规划只是单纯考虑到景观效果，而忽视了造成的严重问题也就是废水、污水的产生。 当前，水资源全球缺乏，我们国家是水资源短缺的国家之一，是人均水资源非常小的国家。由于不适当的设计和管理，干水，脏水并不罕见，在这样的背景下，怎样合理的设计水景并且使其特点在创造美的同时，不浪费水资源，降低管理和维护成本，保持良好的水景景观成为寓居区水景健康发展的一个关键因素。本文对寓居区水景通过理论研究和实例调查，从景观，生态，社会，这三个因素建立对寓居区水景的综合评价和讨论，同时

3、，从评价因素的理论框架，对寓居区水景提出改造建议，为今后水景设计与整治提供理论参考，辩证的指引住宅区水景的可持续发展。除此之外，在这些问题的基础之上，对怎样维护水的成本、污水的处理不到位，根据可持续发展的理念，在生态水景的保卫和住宅区水景建设运营本金的问题上，本文相应的提出了改良的建议，主要从排水和雨水的回收利用两方面进行分析。保定市居民水景的研究设计不仅为今后的保定市规划和住宅水景建设有着重要的影响，为住宅水景设计提供更丰富的理论基础，同时也为其他各类城市的寓居区水景的建设提供丰富的经历体验。 本文关键词语：寓居区；保定；水景；设计； Abstract Water as a material

In the creation of a diversified,diversified environment,water was often large-scale applications,many of the waterscape planning just

7、considering the landscape effect, but ignore the serious problem which is caused by the generation ofwastewater and sewage. At present, the lack of global water resources, is one of the shortage of waterresources in China, is a country with a per capita water resources is very small. Due to improper

8、 designand management,dry water,dirty water is not uncommon,in this context,how to make reasonable designwaterscape and its characteristics in creating beauty at the same time,do not waste water,reduce themanagement and maintenance cost, good waterscape landscape become the one of the key factors to

9、 thehealthy development of the residential area waterscape. In this paper, the residential area waterscapethrough theoretical research and case investigation,from the landscape,ecology, society, these threefactors to establish the comprehensive evaluation of residential area waterscape and discussed

10、, at thesame time,from the theoretical framework of evaluation factors,modification Suggestions are putforward on the residential area waterscape,waterscape design and renovation to provide theoreticalreference for the future,dialectical guide the sustainable development of residential water scene.

11、Inaddition on the basis of these problems, how to maintain the cost of water and sewage processing doesnot reach the designated position,on the basis of the concept of sustainable development, in theprotection of the ecological waterscape and residential waterscape construction operation of theprinc

12、ipal issues,this article put forward the improvement Suggestions, mainly from two aspects ofdrainage and rainwater recycling are analyzed.
