2、提高学生环境适应能力、发挥其对学生道德生活的指引能力。 辞让多附属在亲社会行为研究中，关于辞让行为层面的研究牵涉较多，缺乏对辞让情感上的关注，通过对同伴关系、辞让以及同伴教育三方面的文献进行研读，将小学生同伴辞让教育的研究现在状况做了梳理，理清这三部分的已有研究特点，并分析存在的问题有儿童同伴关系的干涉研究还不够深切进入、对辞让的研究缺乏情感上的关注以及同伴教育的研究范围有待延伸。 结合儿童合作策略问卷、儿童合作态度量表以及对学生、任课教师的访谈，从 知情意行 四个维度出发，制定小学生同伴辞让现在状况调查问卷，以随机整群抽取的盐城市、无锡市、淮安市、常州市中的三到六年级共 300 名学生为调查

3、对象，在任的 13 位老师为访谈对象，对调查问卷的数据进行 SPSS.13.0 软件处理。 调查结果发现：小学低、中年级学生更知晓辞让；男生比女生更易倾露出辞让；学生行为选择的意志力亟待提高；中年级学生知行不一情况较为明显这些问题，对调查结果做了成因分析，相应地提出调查的反思与建议。根据上述调查与分析，试着探寻小学生同伴辞让教育的实践途径，以情感德育形式为理论基础，以布鲁姆教育目的分类学为参照，从认知、情感以及行为三领域出发拟定小学生同伴辞让教育的目的，旨在挖掘学生心理潜能、发展心理机能、最终促进人整体的发展；内容上重点对不良辞让情感类型进行干涉；活动运作上创设同伴教育者委员会，以生促生，以师

4、为导，开展丰富多样的同伴辞让活动；通过本人、同伴、老师三方来评价学生在知情意行上的反响，每个维度也有自个的评价指标。借此锻炼学生理性思维，提高道德判定能力，最终实现自我价值。 本文关键词语：小学生；辞让；同伴辞让；同伴辞让教育；实践途径。 Abstract.
