3、基础上，提出加强和改良民营企业思想教育的内容和方式方法，提出了具有可操作性的加强民营企业思想教育的途径。在内容方面，侧重于凝聚个人理想、共筑发展愿景，树立集体意识、倡导社会责任，加强法制意识、构建法制环境；就方式方法方面，着重于理论学习法、实践教育法、心理疏导法、案例分析法。就民营企业思想教育的途径，致力于以中华特点社会理论、社会核心价值观和中华优秀传统文化强化民营企业思想教育理念；以人本思维、团队意识、品牌观念明确民营企业思想教育目的；从团队培育、团建设、系统支持、行业协作方面健全民营企业思想教育的组织机构；通过理论宣传和实践活动创新民营企业思想教育的有效载体。总之，论文在理论分析和实践探寻
