1、基于服务创新理论分析生鲜电商物流服务改进,电子商务论文内容摘要: 物流问题是制约生鲜农产品电子商务发展的核心问题。服务创新能够提升生鲜电商企业的物流效率和物流服务质量,进而加强其竞争优势和顾客价值创造能力。文章从服务创新形式和价值创造机制两个方面分析了生鲜电商的物流服务创新问题。研究发现,生鲜电商的物流服务创新能够选择物流技术创新、物流理念创新、物流组织创新、物流服务界面创新四种形式及其不同组合。生鲜电商物流服务创新的价值创造机制表现为: 通过服务创新能够降低物流成本、提高物流服务质量、提供新的物流服务产品、提升生鲜电商的物流服务能力。优质的物流服务将为顾客带来好的消费体验,实现顾客价值增值。

From two aspects of service innovation model and the mechanismof value creation,the paper analyzes the innovation of logistics service of fresh product e-commerce. The results show that fourmodels of logistics service innovation can be adopte
4、d by fresh product e-suppliers,including logistics technology innovation,logisticsconcept innovation,logistics organization innovation,logistics service interface innovation,and also its different combinations. Themechanism of value creation from logistics service innovation is as follows: reducing
