1、某污水处理厂安全生产工艺流程段风险因子探究,企业管理硕士论文摘 要 改革开放40年来,我们国家经济获得举世属目的成就,与此同时,水环境污染也随之加剧。污水处理作为水环境治理终端环节,有着重要的作用。怎样提升污水处理企业的安全应对能力、加强相关企业的生产风险管理水平、促进污水处理行业整体可持续发展,充分发挥污水处理项目在我市水环境污染治理中的作用、具有特别重要的理论和现实意义。 因而,对于污水处理行业生产工艺流程风险的管理研究,不能局限于简单的日常巡检、重大节假日安全检查上来进行探究,还要有科学的手段和方式方法,对污水处理工艺流程段的安全生产管理风险因子进行深切进入的研究和分析,通过使用合理、有
2、效的技术整改措施,躲避污水厂的安全生产风险,保障污水厂的安全稳定运行。 FMEA中的PFMEA技术方式方法经过失效形式和失效分析方式方法主要强调的是预防,要求在源头杜绝问题和隐患的出现,而不是在事后进行弥补,它能够在很大程度上节约生产成本,提高生产效率。但当下的大部分污水处理厂由于对安全生产管理的预防工作认识缺乏,投入的力度不够,经常把很多的精神集中在事后的问题处理上,导致整个生产管理工作处于被动状态,各种问题反复发生。 本文通过对包头市九原污水处理厂的各工艺处理阶段、构筑物分别采用PFMEA技术方式方法进行分析,对该厂的生产管理的现在状况、存在的问题进行分析。通过成立由电气组、检修组、化验组
3、、技术组和运行组各专业专家组成的PFMEA团队,建立相应的的评价指标,参照评价指标对污水处理生产管理经过的每个环节进行分析,得出风险优先指数。由于PFMEA是一种动态的改良经过,是一组系列化的活动,在计算出工艺流程段的各项风险指数以后,根据数值高低不同,对不同的工艺流程分别进行技术整改,上一阶段技术整改完成后再对相对应的工艺段进行再分析,用以确定技术整改方案能否对该工艺流程的风险因子起到相应作用,最后利用基于模糊层次分析法的PFMEA方式方法对各工艺段的失效风险按照计算结果再进行排序,绘制柱状图。 因而,借助科学有效的PFMEA技术方式方法对包头市九原污水处理厂生产管理工艺流程段风险因子进行有
4、效研究,采取切合实际的技术整改措施,大大的提高了该厂出水主要指标的达标稳定性,保障了该厂的安全稳定运行。 本文关键词语: 污水处理;风险因子;PFMEA形式分析;模糊层次分析法。 Abstract In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China s economy has achieved world-class achievements. At the same time, water pollution has also intensified. Sewage treatment has an important role as a

How to improve the safety response capacity of sewage treatment enterprises, enhance the production risk management level of related enterprises, promote the overall sustainable development of the sewage treatment industry, and give full play to the rol
6、e of sewage treatment projects in the treatment of water environmental pollution in our city. It has a very important theory and Realistic significance. Therefore, the research on the management of production process risks in the wastewater treatment industry should not be limited to simple daily in
7、spections and major holiday safety inspections. There must also be scientific methods and methods for the safe production management of the wastewater treatment process sections. Perform in-depthresearch and analysis of risk factors, and use reasonable and effective technical rectification measures
8、to avoid the safety production risks of the sewage plant and ensurethe safe and stable operation of the sewage plant. The PFMEA technical method (process failure mode and failure analysis method) in FMEA mainly emphasizes prevention, and requires that problems and hidden dangers be eliminated at the
9、 source rather than compensated after the fact. It can largely save production costs and improve Productivity. However, most of the current sewage treatment plants lack sufficient knowledge of the preventive work of production safety management,and have not invested enough efforts. They often focus
10、a lot of energy on post-mortem issues, resulting in the entire production management work in a passive state and various problems repeated occur. This article analyzes each process stage and structure of Baotou Jiuyuan Wastewater Treatment Plant by adopting PFMEA technology methods, and analyzes the
11、 current statusand existing problems of the plant s production management. By setting up a PFMEA team composed of professional experts from the electrical group, maintenance group,the corresponding evaluation indicators are established, and each link of the wastewater treatment and production manage
12、ment process is analyzed with reference to the evaluationindicators to obtain Risk Priority Index. Because PFMEA is a dynamic improvement process, it is a series of activities. After calculating the various risk indexes of the processflow segment, according to the difference in the value, technical
13、rectifications are performed for different process flows. After the rectification is completed, the corresponding process section is re-analyzed to determine whether the technical rectification plan has played a corresponding role in the risk factor of the process. Finally,the PFMEA method based on
14、the fuzzy analytic method is used to risk the failure of each process section. Sort the results according to the calculation results and draw a histogram.
