1、在线旅行社财务管理机制改进分析,mba财务管理论文With the continuous deepening of economic globalization and the continuouspopularization of information technology, e-commerce has become the mainstreambusiness model, and e-commerce enterprises have developed rapidly. As the core link ofenterprise management, the advanced a

2、nd adaptable mode of financial management is thekey to improve the management level of enterprise. Because the traditional financialmanagement model is not suitable for e-commerce enterprises, it needs an innovativefinancial management model to adapt to the development needs of e-commerce enterprise

On the basis of systematic introduction of relevant financial management theoriesand 3 typical financial management modes, this paper makes a deep analysis of theproblems existing in the current financial management mode of PPK company by using theliterature research method, comparative analysis

4、method and case analysis method. At present, the financial management mode of PPK company has a low quality offinancial personnel and the lack of effective performance evaluation mechanism in themanagement of financial personnel. In the aspect of financial authority management, thereis an unclear di

5、vision of management authority. In the financial system, the internal controlsystem and the comprehensive budget management system are stored. In the aspect of fundmanagement, there are some problems such as the distribution of funds and the large risk offunds, and the lagging of the construction of

6、 the financial information system in theaccounting system. In view of the problems existing in the financial management mode of PPK company,this paper puts forward the improvement of the financial personnel s business level, thedivision of the management authority, the centralized management of fund

7、s, the standard ofthe financial management, the implementation of the comprehensive budget managementsystem and the optimization of the internal control system. At the same time, thecorresponding safeguards are put forward. The specific measures include establishingscientific management system, perf

8、ecting financial risk management system and innovatingmanagement concept. Then it explores the new financial management model of PPKcompany, and puts forward two kinds of financial management model, which are network financial management mode and dynamic financial management mode, which conform toth

9、e demand of PPK company. Finally, on the one hand, the article clarifies the financial relationship of PPKcompany and provides ideas for the improvement of its financial management level. It fillsin the blank of the financial management model of the electronic business enterprise intheory, and helps

10、 to further improve the theory of the enterprise network financialmanagement; on the other hand, it combines the actual situation of PPK company. At thesame time, it puts forward the improvement plan and safeguard measures for the financialmanagement mode of PPK company, and probes into the new mode

11、 of the financialmanagement of PPK company, which can be used for reference by other electronicbusiness enterprise.
