BarackObamas2020StateoftheUnionAddressisapersonalpoliticaladdresswithformal

10、languageandpersonalpresentationstyle.Inthepresentation,Obamausedmanyattributiveclausestogiveinformation.However,theattributiveclausesareverydifficultforsimultaneousinterpretation.BecauseofthehugedifferencesinlinguisticstructuresbetweenChineseandEnglish,itistoughforinterpreterstofinishinterpretationa

19、andcontacttheoriesarepositivelyconnectedwithculturalintelligencedevelopment;Cognitiveandmotivationalculturalintelligencearedirectlyrelatedtopositiveteamperformances;whilebehaviouralculturalintelligenceisconnectedwithteamperformancethroughthemediationofperceivedteam-efficacy;Culturallydiversestudentt

20、eamscannotperformaswellasculturallyhomogeneousteamsattheinitialstage,buttheperformancegrowthrateandlong-termcompetitiveadvantageareeventuallygreaterthanlessdiverseteamswiththehelpofculturalintelligence.Theresultcanhavetwo-foldimplications.Forstudents,learningculturaldifferencesandimprovinglanguageca
