1、DC企业信息化管理优化方案设计研究,mba毕业论文 1; ;在当下信息化高速发展的时代，信息技术推动了经济全球化进程加快发展。各企业为适应时代潮流，需善加利用先进的信息技术，帮助企业提高经济效益和管理质量。我们国家企业信息化建设水平已经实现了很大程度的提升，但是要想在当前剧烈的竞争环境占得一席之地，不仅仅要靠企业管理者的智慧和能力，还要借助于先进、科学的管理手段。在构造日趋复杂，经营日渐多元化的背景下，企业逐步走向信息化，以信息技术手段实现企业内部资源的最佳配置，从根本上提升企业的生存能力。1; ; 1; ;本文首先阐述了企业进行信息化管理优化的研究背景和意义，通过查阅相关文献，整理了国内外对

2、企业信息化的研究综述，指出研究的思路和方式方法，概括研究的内容及论文框架；接着对企业信息化、信息化规划、信息化管理等相关理论知识进行梳理，指出进行企业信息管理的目的和意义；再对企业当前信息化管理现在状况进行分析，整理企业信息化管理的内容，从中找出信息化管理中存在的问题，利用企业信息化相关理论知识，对这些问题进行逐一分析，探究造成这些问题的根本原因，同时对企业进行信息化管理优化的必要性进行理性分析，明确了企业进行信息化管理优化是企业进行资源优化、提升企业竞争力的最有效手段和必然的选择；接下来顺理成章地进行企业信息化管理优化方案设计，华而不实首先明确了方案设计的总体目的和分目的，并对提出的设计目的

3、分别从技术、经济及管理等多个维度进行了可行性分析，得出设计目的可行的结论。再结合信息化管理优化方案的设计原则，系统地进行优化方案总体构造设计，并提出进行管理信息系统整合优化、信息化基础设施优化、信息组织变革优化及信息化培训优化四个优化方案，并逐一进行方案讲明；再从方案施行保障的角度，提出企业信息化管理优化方案的施行方式通过举行企业信息化管理优化誓师大会为开端，并提出四个保障措施：组织保障、制度保障、安全保障与资金投入保障；最后对企业进行信息化管理优化方案进行总结及瞻望：通过企业信息化优化方案设计，一方面有效地解决了员工反映的当前信息系统各种问题，保证了公司生产、办公的有效运行；另一方面，通过组
