1、职业教育经济与管理学科建设的困境及策略,职业教育论文摘 要: 为了提高教育经济与管理学科教学效果,提升专业人才培养质量,对职业教育经济与管理学科发展中的问题与对策展开讨论。分析了职业教育经济与管理学科发展中存在的问题,如招募生源方案有待优化、课程体系有待完善、教学质量有待提高。针对以上问题,提出了职业教育经济与管理学科发展策略,要优化课程设置,开设适应高职院校学生实际需求的教育经济与管理专业相关课程。明确教学目的,使老师把握教学方向,学生树立学习和发展方向。因材施教,要了解学生已有的知识技能、认知水平,充分考虑学生的学习差异、个性特点、兴趣喜好等,制定详实可行的教学计划。营造和谐的教学环境,激
2、发学生的学习热情,使学生产生积极的学习动力,更好地培养和提高学生对所学知识的感受、理解、体验,进而提高教学活动的质量。明确穿插学科的分类,明确课程归属,优化课程设置,提升教学的科学性、合理性,进而提升教学效果。 本文关键词语: 职业教育; 教育经济与管理; 学科发展; 问题; 对策; Abstract: In order to improve teaching effect of educational economy and management discipline,and to promote the training quality of professional talent,the
3、 research explores the problems and countermeasures of vocational education economy and management discipline development. The problems of vocational education economy and management discipline development are analyzed,i. e. recruitment planning needs optimization,curriculum system needs perfection,
4、and teaching quality needs improvement. According to the problems above,the research proposes the strategies of vocational education economy and management discipline development,i. e. optimizing curriculum provision,and establishing the related curriculum of education economy and management discipl
5、ine which adapts to student actual demand of higher vocational college. It is suggested to clarify teaching target to make teachers grasp teaching orientation and students establish study and development orientation; teach students in accordance of their aptitude to know the students knowledge skill
6、 and cognitive level,to fully think about the students learning difference,personality characteristics and interests,and to formulate full,accurate and feasible teaching plan; create harmonious teaching environment,to stimulate student s study enthusiasm,to make student form positive study motivatio
7、n,and to better train and improve the student feel,understanding and experiencing of the learnt knowledge; clarify the classification of interdisciplinary to explicit curriculum attribution,to optimize curriculum provision,to promote scientific and rational teaching,and to promote teaching effect.
