6、or the management system ofParty A)(2)Party A should inform the amount of persons for dinner in advance.5.Permissions of Party A5.Permissions of Party A(1)Party A have all kinds of administration to Party B,such as health,safety,public security,complete governance，supervision etc.(2)Party A should h

7、ave supervision to party B,including purchasingfood，collocating food，the quality and quantity of food and service,andhealth condition.If necessary,party B should improve above conditiontimely according to party A.(3)Party A will implement performance appraisal to Party B on amonthly basis.If Party B

8、 does not reach performance goals,Party A willhave the right of economic sanctions.Schedule of assessment willbe served as the annex to the contract.可编辑.6.Responsibility of Part B6.Responsibility of Part B(1)Party B should strictly comply with rules and regulations of Party A,and do the relevant wor

9、k rightly according to the provision about firecontrol,factory regulations and security.(2)The canteen staff should have the medical examination and have thehealth card according to the regulation of health authorities.The staffshould bear the expense.(3)The operation place should be cleaned clearly

10、 and rodent and flydisinfestations and other regular health.(4)Party B should strictly comply with rules and regulations of thecanteen,operate accordance with the procedures and healthmanagement system of the canteen,and ensure that the bacteriaexisting on the eating utensils are not exceeded.(5)Par

11、ty B should arrange and ensure the dinner time according to theproduct schedule of Party A.and the food should be made fresh,delicious,rich kinds and nutrient.(6)Party B should ensure the quality of the food,and should notpurchase the deterioration food,rice,ingredients and oil.(7)The staffs of Part

12、y B must wear unified working uniforms(which arechosen by Party B.),gloves and masks should be equipped whileworking.可编辑.(8)Party B should do the best to coordinate the request of Party A,ifparty A has extra dinner request for meetings,trainings,marketingactivities and festivals.(9)Party B should su

13、pply the meal according the timetable set by PartyA,11:15 for lunch,and 18:00 for supper.If time is changed,party Ashould inform B in advance.(10)The canteen staff of Party B should obey the rules and regulationsset by Party A,they should be remained in kitchen area.Party Asworking area is not allow

14、ed.Party A has the right to punish those whobreak the rules.(11)All the equipments in the canteen should be operated properly,wellreserved,should not be damaged manually.Party B will compensate ifParty B causes damage of the equipments.Party B is also obliged toconserve water,electricity and gas.If

15、abuse happened,Party A has theright to punish.(12)Material fees for operation are paid by Party B.Salary of canteenstaff and insurance are paid by Party B.Iflaw suit happens,Party Ahas no obligation to settle it.(13)Party B should keep the sample of the food and ingredients for 48hours for examining

16、 when accident happens.7.Permissions7.PermissionsofofParty BParty B可编辑.1.Party B operates its own business,and bear the benefits and loss.2.Party B has the right to hire,transfer staff with the permit ion ofParty A.3.If the cost of material increases,which leads to loss of PartyB,both Parties can ne

17、gotiate and settle the issue8.Supplement8.Supplement(1)Party B does not undertake the loss of real estate and facility of partyA,if the loss is caused by force majeure.(2)Party B must return all the estate,facility,equipment,and tools toParty A when the contract comes to an end,and coordinate Party
