1、第三章 进口食品收货人备案 第八条 进口食品收货人（以下简称收货人），应当向其工商注册登记地检验检疫机构申请备案，并对所提供备案信息的真实性负责。第九条 收货人应当于食品进口前向所在地检验检疫机构申请备案。申请备案须提供以下材料：（一）填制准确完备的收货人备案申请表；（二）工商营业执照、组织机构代码证书、法定代表人身份证明、对外贸易经营者备案登记表等的复印件并交验正本；（三）企业质量安全管理制度；（四）与食品安全相关的组织机构设置、部门职能和岗位职责；（五）拟经营的食品种类、存放地点；（六）2 年内曾从事食品进口、加工和销售的，应当提供相关说明（食品品种、数量）；（七）自理报检的，应当提供自理
