1、 上海师范大学留学生住宿协议书 甲方：上海师范大学接待服务中心 乙方：姓名：护照或居留证号码：国籍：甲、乙双方在平等自愿的基础上就住，达成如下协议：一房费 经乙方申请，甲方同意乙方从 2015 年 3 月 1 日至 2015 年 6 月 30 日入住 室，实际入住日期为 2015 年3 月 日，住宿期为 4 个月；房价共为 6000 元，乙方需在办理入住手续七日内一次性支付房费。长期生一次性支付房费不得少于一个学期，才可享受长期生优惠房价。如合同期内退房，需按照该宾馆同期门市价格支付住宿期间房费，特殊情况由总经理室批准酌情处理。The student should pay the total

2、amount of the rent off one time within 7 days after checking in.Students should pay the rent according to the market rate if checking out before the date stated on contract.二押金 乙方同意在办理入住手续时支付押金 500 元。乙方在住宿期间无违约行为和使用物品的损坏并遗失，甲方在乙方离去时凭押金支付凭证全额退还押金。Rent and deposit are compulsory when students check in

3、 and the deposit is 500RMB.If there is no violation of the contract or damage of the room facilities,deposits will be refunded when checking out.三乙方须遵守学校规章制度和留学生住宿须知及相关规定中的各项内容。The student should obey the school rule and related regulation.四房间安排 1、接待服务中心有权对留学生住宿房间进行统一调配。The hotel group has right to

4、arrange the rooms for students.2、根据留学生入住情况，在有房间空余的情况下，乙方如全额支付双人房房费，可单独居住双人房内。According to the hotel capacity,the student could choose to live in the twin-bed room if he pays the whole rent of the room.3、如乙方居住双人房，因人为原因多次致使同屋离开，甲方将根据实际情况，在一周后做出如下安排：（1）乙方继续居住双人房，但需全额支付双人房房费。（2）乙方居住单人房并支付相应费用。（3）乙方离开甲方宾

5、馆自行居住。If the students live in the twin-bed room,During the stay in the hotel,if the student live alone in the twin-bed room，the hotel group will make the following arrangement after a week:i)The student should pay the whole room rent for living in the twin-room alone.ii)The student should move to a

6、single room.iii)The student could also choose to leave the hotel.4、除协商同意相互调换房间的情况外，留学生在学期中间不得私自换房，若申请换房甲方将在下学期予以考虑。Students cannot change the room during the semester except they agree to exchange the rooms.五其他费用 1、电费：留学生房内每月可享受 70 元/间人民币的免费优惠，超过部分自理。价格 1 元/度，每月结算一次。Electricity Fees:Every room enjoy

7、s free charge of 70 RMB per month for the electricity and any fees surpassing 70 RMB are to be paid by students themselves monthly.Price for electricity:1.00 RMB/kilowatt-hours.2、本中心宾馆设有洗衣房供使用，洗衣卡可在总服务台购买。洗衣卡 65 元/张（含押金 15 元），每使用一次收费 5 元，每张卡可供洗衣 10 次，持旧卡换购新卡支付 50 元/张。Washing machines are available i

8、n the hotel and students should buy the IC laundry card in the reception desk.65 RMB for each IC card which includes 15 RMB for the deposit.Each IC card can be used for 10 times and 5 RMB for each time.50 RMB for a new card if the old is returned at the same time.六住宿规定 1、留学生客房仅限留学生本人居住，外来人员不得入住。留学生家

9、属或朋友住宿，接待服务中心将根据房源情况安排家属入住房间，但须按门市价全额支付房费。The dormitory is only for registered students living.Guests should pay the market price if they need to live in the dormitory.2、乙方要服从甲方的分房，若乙方未征得甲方同意，私自转让房间的，将按留学生住宿须知的有关要求报留学生管理办公室，并按照宾馆同期门市价格支付全额房费。The students rooms will be allocated by us through the pol

10、icy.Students should only live in the arranged room,any rent-out or change the bed is not allowed without permission,or the student should pay the rent according to the market price and ICCS will be informed.3、甲方免费提供乙方床上用品及相关家俱物品，乙方要爱护甲方的财物。家俱物品不得随意丢弃；不得在墙上乱涂乱画；不得乱扔垃圾；不得将公共区域内的物品私自挪动。若出现以上情况，造成甲方损失，乙

11、方将按价赔偿。The hotel will offer the bedding and furniture.It is required to pay for any damage and lost.4、如乙方不需甲方进入房间打扫，则甲方将于每日 14:30 致电确认乙方的安全。在乙方不接电话的情况下，甲方有权进入房间。If the student doesnt need housekeeping,we will call at 14:30 the make sure the safety.And the staff will enter the room if there is nobody

12、 answers the call.5、为了您和其它留学生的安全，离开房间请随手锁门，确定锁定后方可离开。乙方在房内不得留客留宿，访客必 须在 23 时前离开。The student should lock the door when leaving the room for safety.All visitors should leave our building before 23：00,and it is forbidden for visitors to stay overnight.6、请勿在房间内使用大功率电器，不可在房内燃点蜡烛等易燃物品。如乙方不听劝阻，甲方工作人员有权代为保管

13、有关物品，在学期结束时归还乙方。The student could not use high-power electric appliance or light candles in the room.If the student refuses to follow the instruction,the hotel staff will keep the related objects until the student leave the hotel at the end of the semester.7、乙方应妥善保管好贵重物品、收费原始收据、押金单和门卡或钥匙。如遇门卡或钥匙遗失，应

14、立即报告甲方，由甲方负责调换锁芯，乙方须支付更换锁芯及钥匙费。乙方不得擅自更换门锁、私配钥匙，或将房间钥匙借给他人，如发现将按相关规定给予罚款。The student should keep valuables,all the receipt and the key,and have to inform the hotel when missing the key.It is not allowed to change the lock,duplicate the key without permission or borrow the key to others,or there will

15、be a fine according to the regulation.8、乙方应遵守学校和宾馆住宿规定，禁止在宾馆广场、门厅、走道等公共区域高声喧哗，以免影响到他人的学习和休息，共同营造和谐宁静的居住环境。The student should comply with the instruction of school and hotel rules and regulations to make a quiet and harmonious environment and avoid making noise in hotel public area.七退房 乙方退房时，请将物品自行清理

16、干净，以备其他同学顺利入住。退房时间为中午 12：00 前，12：00-18：00 退房加收半天房费，超过中午 18：00 须支付一天房费。The check-out time is before 12:00 am,and the student should pay 1/2 day rent from 12:00 to 18:00，or pay one day rent after 18:00.八本合同在履行过程中发生争议时，甲乙双方应友好协商，必要时由留学生办公室进行调解。九本协议自双方签约之日起生效，一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份。附留学生住宿须知及相关规定。甲方（签章）：乙方（签章）：年 月 日 年 月 日
