1、E-learning论文：基于E-learning的职工在线培训与考试系统设计与实现【中文摘要】职工培训与考核是企业人力资源治理的重要组成部分,是企业治理的根底工作,由于成功石油治理局车辆治理中心的工作性质,使定时定点的集中培训开展困难,培训本钱与费用也居高不下,培训师资力量难以有效发挥,培训材料也缺乏统一的治理与利用。使用企业完善的计算机网络等根底设备优势,结合先进的企业E-learning理念,对职工培训与考核进展治理,具有所无法比较的优点,如培训师资力量的统一调配、培训学习不受时间地点的限制、培训效果的集中评估、培训材料的集中治理、培训本钱与费用的大幅下降等,从而能够实现职工的自主学习,

2、工作经历的充分交流,为人力资源的开发,人才的不断涌现提供了条件,为企业向“学习型组织”过渡预备了强有力的平台。开发一套功能强大的基于E-learning的职工在线培训与考试系统具有重要的现实意义。本文结合车辆治理中心的实际情况,开发了一套实如今线培训、职工异步自主学习、考核、培训材料的存储与治理等功能的基于E-learning的职工在线培训与考试系统。该系统将成为车管中心人力资源治理系统的重要组成部分。为此,本文的主要内容将按照软件工程的开发步骤与标准,描绘系统的开发过程,包括系统需求分析、概要设计、详细设计和实现等。该系统主要包括三大模块:老师模块,学生模块,系统治理。本系统在车辆治理中心经

3、初步运转测试,目前运转情况较为理想,通过培训上岗的系统治理员已能完成简单的系统维护工作,企业领导层正催促相关人员进展数据库的初始化工作,相关数据的录入正紧锣密鼓的进展。在本系统开发人员的亲密配合下,系统正逐步推行使用。【英文摘要】Staff training and human resource management assessment is an integral part of the basic work of enterprise management, the management vehicle center of Shengli Petroleum Administration
