18、风机系统和循环水系统构成，两套鼓风机系统包括西门子电机和鼓风机 MAN 公司设备（润滑油站和动力油站），采用德国进口设备，主要是为 6#高炉送风、提供能源，给 3#、4#高炉拨风用。自动化程度高，仪表精度要求较高，对于施工安装及调试质量要求高，施工时要严格遵循自动化仪表施工验收规范及自动化通用图册。以精品工程，绿色工地、星级服务为宗旨，通过科学管理，创造一流的业绩。1.2 施工条件及特点：本工程工期短，作业面广，场地狭小，交叉作业等，施工难度大，为保证按期完工，除各种材料、设备等应按照计划及时供应外，应在施工中做好各项施工项目的互相交叉配合，组织流水施工，与土建、管道、电气等协调配合好，避免返

38、计划，以满足工程施工的需要，为保证工程的顺利进行创造条件。5.4 图纸的自审、会审 技术人员首先要熟悉施工图纸，对图纸进行自审，提出存在的问题，与 设计院各专业技术人员进行图纸会审，掌握设计意图，加强各专业间的沟通。5.5 技术交底 5.5.1 根据设计图纸、施工规范或标准及施工工艺的要求，编制技术交底。特别是对工程的关键工序或重点工序要进行详细交底，明确工艺质量标准。5.5.2 技术交底必须满足施工工艺、规范或标准、质量检评标准要求。5.5.3 技术交底要严格执行“技术交底管理制度”，以书面形式进行交底，应有签发交底人，明确接受技术交底人的范围和数量，有接受交底人的签字。5.5.4 分部分项
