1、隐蔽工程检查制度 中铁十五局集团有限公司岢临高速LJ2 合同段 隐蔽工程旁站检查制度 隐蔽工程是项目施工管理的关键环节，也是工程质量控制的重点和难点。推行和实施隐蔽工程旁站检查制度，是强化施工过程质量控制,防止和杜绝质量通病、质量缺陷、质量隐患及事故发生，确保工程质量始终处于受控状态和一次达标的需要。1、认真做好隐蔽工程旁站检查的组织,明确隐蔽工程项目和检查规定，落实值班制度及旁站检查人员，项目部领导及管理、技术、质检、试验人员、工地代表要明确责任,加强沟通,相互支持配合，共同把好旁站检查关、质量关。2、隐蔽工程检查应及时.先由该项目主管技术人员自检合格后，填写检查证,备齐有关附件资料，提前约
