1、 Section C 教学设计 I.教学内容：本 单 元 的 主 题 是China and the world，以 中 西 方 文 化 为 主 要 内 容。话 题1 China attracts millions of tourists from all over the world 以介绍中国文化为主线来介绍中国的风景名胜。本节课的学习内容为 Section C，围绕文化主题，通过学习描述中国的万里长城-这一具有鲜明文化特色的中国古代建筑，激发学生使用英语介绍本国文化的兴趣，增强其对祖国文化的热爱，培养学生的民族自豪感和自信心。II.教学目标：1.知识目标：词汇：正确识读与描述与中国名胜相关

2、的词汇，熟练掌握以下重要表达方式：stretch fromto,a treasure of Chinese civilization,remain,separate,enemy,expect 等。语法：理解定语从句的功能 功能：使用口笔语的方式描述所熟悉的国内风景名胜，特别是古代建筑。2.能力目标：1）能借助图片和题目等预测信息，并结合已有常识听懂有关长城的英文介绍。2）能通过浏览获取文章的大意，通过细读了解长城的历史：概况、修建的时间、材料和作用以及现代文化意义等。3）能对获取的信息进行梳理和加工，分析课文结构，总结逻辑关系。4）能使用较复杂的语言结构，如使用定语从句，描述中国的风景名胜。3
