1、商业模式计划书英文篇1:商业方案书的商业模式 第一部分:What讲清楚你要做什么。 用2-3页PPT讲清楚你预备干一件什么事。不要整页PPT都是大段文字,你要做的事应当是一两句话就能说清楚的。最好能配上简洁的上下游图或功能示意图,让人对项目一目了然。 这里核心是要突出专注,表明你就想做一件事,而且就想解决这件事中的某一个关键问题。不要追求大而全,也不要产业链太长。 其次,目前商业巨头明显要做的项目、已经有几家在竞争且获得较好融资的项目不要去做。这样的项目已经有太多失败教训。不是说你做不成功,而是投资人不感爱好。相对成功概率低,投资人不情愿同赌。 其次部分:Why Now行业背景、市场现状 用4
2、-6页PPT讲清楚行业背景、市场进展趋势、市场空间。要说明你在正确的时间做正确的事,而且市场空间大。 市场大,不代表有需求。要描述在目前的市场背景下,你的项目抓住了一个用户的痛点。或者你的项目可以为用户带来更高性价比的产品或服务。尽量列出与竞争对手的对比分析,表明当前的商业机会。 第三部分:How如何做,以及现状 用5-10页PPT讲清楚商业模式实现的具体方案。包括产品的研发、生产、市场、销售策略。 这里就是描述这个项目是如何实施的,最终达成的效果。建议多争论一下精益创业,产品规划和创业步伐要小步快走,阶段性验证、调整产品思路和商业模式。 第四部分:Who你的团队 用2-3页PPT讲清楚团队的
3、股份和分工。团队要有合理分工,需要介绍团队主要成员的背景和特长。强调个人的力气适合该岗位,团队的组合适合创业项目。 项目是靠人来执行的,不同的团队出来的效果不同。要让投资人知道你不是一个人在战斗,有没有团队也从侧面说明白你的个人领导力。当然投给个人的钱与投给团队的钱完全不一样。有些创业者会拿网上报道的某某名人获得大笔投资,认为自己的项目更靠谱应当获得相应的投资。他不知产生高议价的是团队而不是项目,某某名人有一帮团队和相应的资源在后面。 第五部分:Why you优势 用1-2页PPT讲清楚你的项目和团队优势。“事为先、人为重”,让投资人信任你要做的事特殊有前景,而且你们团队很适合这个项目。回答好
