1、装配车间员工培训方案 2 装配车间员工培训方案 为了满足公司发展需要,提高员工操作技能,保证产品质量,制定本方案.一、目的:帮助员工快速提升业务能力,培养良好的工作心态,职业素质,为胜任岗位工作打下坚实的基础.二、培训对象及意义 培训对象:装配车间所有员工 培训所需要的意义 掌握相应岗位的工作技能、职业道德,从而胜任工作。可学到新的知识,多获得经验,从而提升自身的作业水平。可减少工作中的安全事故。新、生手变为熟手,老手不断更新工作方法,提高工作效率。增强工作能力,有利于未来发展。三、培训方式 1、脱岗培训:以理论为基础采用岗位集中授课的形式,针对日常工作中经常出现的质量问题,进行分解消化。2、
