22、rnational phone call,there are several bits of information you need to begin.First,you must know the international call prefix which is called the International Direct Dialing(IDD)number.This code allows you to dial outside of the country you are calling from and is unique for each country.Once you

23、pick up your phone and hear a dial tone,you dial this code.The next digits you dial are the country code of the country you are trying to call.This code is usually between one to four numbers.In some countries,the country code varies depending on whether you are calling a mobile phone or a fixed pho

24、ne.Some counties have different country codes based on geography.Some countries share country codes.After dialing the country code,you must dial the area or city code.This narrows down your call to a smaller geographic region within the country you are calling.If the first number of the area code is

25、 0,omit this from the phone number.Finally,you dial the local phone number.Home Reading So lets say you are trying to call a local number in Beijing,China from London,Britain.In this example we will say the local number is 8054-3150.We know that 010 is the internal call prefix when dialing from insi
