46、。二、重要用法。1 .用 can, could 和 be a bl e to 表达能力。(1) can意为“可以”，否认形式为can n o t c ant如：He c a s pe a k five f o reig n 1 a ngu a g es.(2) could是ca n的过去式。因此，对于过去的时间(如yesterday, last week等)，我们不用c a n或ca n t 而用could和c o u 1 dnt。如： W h e n I was yo u ng, I could run v er y fast.beable to一般可以代替can,也可以表达能力。但c a
