10、料片,进行师生问答,如:T:Who s this man?Ss:This is EinsteinT:When is Einstein s birthday?Ss:It s in March教师检查学生是否已做好课前查阅工作,鼓励和表扬做得好、知识面广的学生。教师可对学生用书中提及的名人进行简单介绍,范围可不限于学生用书。也可要求学生介绍自己敬佩的人物,如:“Zhou Enlai s birthday is in March”等。Lets fi nd out 2(1)教师接着学生的话题,如:Einstein s birthday is in March继续说:March is in spring
11、So Eienste in s birthday is in spring自然过渡到月份与四季的联系。进行如下对话:T:Which season is January in?Ss:Its in winter教师在课前面画好的winter 方框里填人 January,依次问答其它各月份并板书。(2)教师用图片或资料片展示各节日的画面,如展示南瓜灯和孩子们挨家挨户要糖果的场景,学生做出反应,说:It s Halloween。教师:When is Halloween?学生回答:It s in October教师说:October is in fallSo Halloween is in fall.(
12、3)师生一一问答第二部分的其它各节日。通过第三单元的教学,学生已对节日所在的具体月份较为熟悉,因此教师可在示范几次后请学生进行Group work,使学生能熟练掌握目标语言。然后请学生用:“How many holidays are there in spring in the US?There are h olidays in spring”做总结汇报。(4)教师再引导学生参照以上部分归类中国传统节日,填充第一部分的表格。对于中国传统节日如元宵、端午节等,因涉及阳历与阴历的差异,小学生不容易理解,教师应深入浅出地进行讲解。社团名称英语口语五活动时间5.15 活动地点503 活动过程1.Rea
13、d and write 教师出示一张风景照片问学生:Whats this?引导学生回答:It s a picture.教师继续说:Yes.Its my holiday picture.领读 holiday picture,学生跟读。教师让学生观察图片,然后照片消失,问学生,问:Whats in the picture?Is there a,?让学生回答“Yes,there is./No,there isnt.”回答。这个活动也可以采用小组比赛的形式举行。教师向学生展示Read and write部分的挂图,说:Look!This is a holiday picture of Wu Yifan.Whats in the picture?Listen.教师放 Read and write部分的录音,学生边听边,思考下列问题:1.Is it a nature park?2.Is there a forest in the park?3.Is there a river?4.Do you like this park?2Let s play(趣味练习)创设情景创设情景:我市政府准备建一个自然公园,在台前放上自然公园的效果图,市长正在召开记者招待会(请一名男同学当市长),如果想知道有关自然公园的同学请问市长,Is there a,?Yes,there is./No,there isnt.
