2、过去的日子,我一直担任着班的生活英语老师,今天我竞聘的岗位是生活英语组组长。我之所以竞聘这个岗位,是因为我具有以下的几个优势: 一、我有一颗热爱教育事业的心:我明白教师的苦与累、平凡与无私。我们有的只是生活的忙碌,肩头沉甸甸的责任。 但我无悔于自己的选择!我深深爱着教师这一行,用我的汗水,用我的智慧,用我这颗跳动的火热的心!面对着一群天真可爱的孩子,我揣摩着、尝试着,与他们真诚的交流着,让我们用爱托起明天的太阳。 二、我有较为扎实的实践知识:自参加工作以来,我始终不忘学习,勤钻研,善思考,多研究,重反思,敢挑战,不断地丰富自己、提高自己。由此坚信我对生活英语组组长的教学工作是完全能够胜任的。
