2、古城之西大门，面临洞庭湖。 因其宏伟壮丽，固又称之为岳阳天下楼。它同滕王阁，黄鹤楼并称为江南三大楼。岳阳楼始建于三国时期，距今已有1700多年的历史了。鲁肃，也就是三国时期吴国得大将军，在洞庭与长江交汇处的军事重地建了这座楼用以练兵眺望。同时，站在楼上，也能将洞庭湖收于眼帘。鲁将军当时就站在这楼顶，看着自己得水军操练。知道唐朝，张说被贬至岳阳，并为之命名岳阳楼，且始终沿用至今。它在庆历五年被重新翻修，现在我们看到的岳阳楼是清同治六年，也就是公元1867年间重新翻修的。 好了，我们到了。请带好自己得珍贵物品一个一个渐渐下车。现在在你们眼前的就是出名得岳阳楼，当心不要挤眼哦，跟着我起先我们的奇妙之

3、旅吧。 现在大家看一看这栋楼，有么有发觉什么特殊之处？嗯，它是木造得，它有三层、。好了，还是让我来说说这其中的奥密吧。岳阳楼 有天下独一无二的构造，三层，飞檐，盔顶，还有纯木构造。楼高25.35米，宽17.2米，占地面积251平方米。四根大柱直撑屋顶，恢宏大气。屋顶的雕刻精致而宏美。一二层的琉璃飞檐造型独特且便于采光。整座大楼未用一砖一瓦，没有一颗铁钉。充分彰显了古代中国人超群的技艺。更为特殊的是岳阳楼之三大楼中唯一一座保持了原貌原址的古建筑。看着这楼，大家不禁要问既然是天下岳阳楼那为什么只有三层呢？有人说三层在古代已经是很高了。是的，但是更为重要的是古人迷信，三层又寓意着天时，地利和人和。
