33、的阅历实在是惭愧。为了提高英语教学质量，我的确是想了许多的方法，这里面有胜利带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。这些谈不上阅历，现简洁地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位指责指正。 记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信念百倍，认为小学英语教学应当是很简洁的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正起先教学，真正起先接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。教学一起先我就遇到了种.种问题。有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的心情。从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说

34、辅导了。从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有运用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。面对如此多的问题，我确定从学生的学习爱好、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议： 一、要从自身找缘由，培育学生学习英语的爱好。 自己先要想方法，持有一份乐观的看法，勤思索，乐奉献。给学生一份爱，让学生喜爱你，从而喜爱上你的英语课。因为爱好是最好的老师，当学生喜爱上你的课了，用心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗?在培育学生学习爱好方面，我做了如下工作： (一)、用爱

35、去浇灌学生。 首先专心地给学生一份爱。因为爱可以溶化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学习上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。时间长了，他们就把我当挚友了。记得2004年那届我班有个顽皮又聪慧的学生叫黄永樟，各门功课成果极差，常常不及格甚至低分，是让语文数学老师头疼的学生。可英语科他却非常感爱好，能拿八、九非常，为什么他英语成果那么高呢，缘由是他被我“俘虏”了，很爱上英语课，也很喜爱给我拉家常。有一次，下课了，他走到我跟前，兴奋地告知我，他家大母狗生了5条小狗，可爱极了

36、。 (二)、注意课前、课堂中气氛的调和。 每次上课走来，总能从楼下听到我班朗朗的英语读书声，当我站在讲台上的第一句话便是刚好地、微笑着表扬他们：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在楼下我已经能听到你们朗朗的读书声了，老师真快乐啊，你们读得那么好，或很骄傲的或说：“哇，你们读书真棒，全部老师听了也对你们竖起了大拇指”，这样小小的表扬就充分树立他们的自信念，他们会很兴奋，下次他们会读得更好。别以为这样的方法六年级不适用了，恰好这些方法我都是一年级，六年级通用的，课堂上也注意学生的学习状态，随时调整课堂气氛，使学生在一个良好的氛围里不知不觉地学到了学问。记得去年的六(1)班下午第一

38、时间在与学习无关的事上，不就事倍功半了吗?我觉得恰恰相反，每节课恰当的气氛调整，是课堂上良好的调料，把他们的学习留意力集中到课堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了吗，总比罗罗嗦嗦讲纪律强多了，而实践证时，我也收到了较好的教学效果 二、抓好课堂教学驾驭良好的学习方法。 不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成果，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那确定会费时费劲。在课堂教学方面，要留意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今日所上的内容自己肯定要有个清楚的思路，课后刚好反思。例如反思一下你今日教的快乐吗?学生学得快乐吗?学生学到了什么，遗漏了什么等

39、等。同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的沟通。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的地方，而简单开小差，老师的目光以及点名回答，一是提示他仔细听课，同时也是在给他练习的机会。 三、培育良好的学习习惯。 (一)、全面实行“一帮一”，充分发挥学生的作用。 为了提高英语教学质量，提高学生的英语学习成果，我还留意培育学生的互助学习习惯，分小组学习，小组成员结成一帮一的互助对子，充分发挥学生的作用，例如做有关语法和时态得练习题时，让他们同桌或小组探讨：这题为什么这样做，缘由是什么，让他们用语法或时态等说出理由，劝服对
