7、修工的业务收入最多,因此对汽车维修店该贡献最大,2号机修工次之,再往下为8号,1号、3号、12号都差不多。十、结论综合以上的数据和图表,对提出的三个问题:(1)keeping only certain mechanics;(2)repairing only certain types of cars;and/or(3)performing only certain types of repairs.可得如下方案:(1)留住4号机修工,因为他对该店的贡献最大;(2)BMW(宝马),GM(通用)的Engine Overhaul(发动机修理),BMW和Mercedes(奔驰)的Brakes(刹车)都能获得较大的利润,从中可看出,BMW汽车修理是主要的业务收入来源之一,故要留住这一顾客来源,为此,要加强对该汽车修理的重视;(3)由于每一种汽车的Flat tire fix(轮胎修理)都能获得较高的收入,故要增强该业务,增加该业务所需的机修工人数;(4)而Oil change(换油)、Hose/Belt Replacement(更换部件)两方面的业务得到的利润相对其他三方面要低,所以可以结合其他业务适当调整机修工人数,增加能获得相对较高利润的其他业务的机修工人数。
