1、污水处理自动化控制系统的设计分析,机械工程硕士论文水环境污染问题逐步成为我们国家社会经济发展经过当中的突出问题,对人们生产、生活产生的污水进行科学化处理就成为了当下社会发展当中非常急迫的一项工作。近年来,国际社会都非常重视水污染问题,在污水处理、污水处理自动化控制方面进行了各方面的研究和实践,也构建了较为完善的污水处理系统。就国内而言,我们国家各级也提高了污水处理的重要性认识,不但加强了在保卫水环境和污水处理方面的宣传,还进一步进行了污水处理厂和污水处理自动化控制方面的发展建设。随着国内越来越重视环保问题和污水处理问题,国内在污水处理技术研发应用、污水处理项目建设等方面都加大了力度,有效推动了
2、污水处理的发展,提高了污水处理技术水平和实际应用效果。本文开展关于污水处理技术和自动化控制系统设计方面的研究对于我们国家污水处理技术升级和污水处理效率提升等方面均由非常重要的作用和意义。而且,本文在智能控制策略的基础之上,进行污水处理自动化控制系统的分析和设计工作,不仅能够有效提升污水处理的效率和水平,还能够保障污水处理的质量,优化整个污水处理的经过。 本文根据现有污水处理工艺流程,结合污水处理控制系统设计方式方法对污水处理自动化控制系统进行开发设计。本污水处理自动化控制系统主要选择工控机作为整个控制系统的上位机,通过PROFIBUS网络实现控制系统上位机和下位机之间的连接。对于污水处理自动化
3、控制系统上位机而言,主要结合MCGS组态软件进行控制系统的组态设计,实现上位机监视系统的设计。对于下位机而言,结合Step7软件进行污水处理自动化控制系统各控制功能的软件程序设计。在本污水处理自动化控制系统当中,主要采用的是模糊PID控制实现对溶解氧的模糊控制,不仅能够提高污水处理的效果,还能够降低污水处理的能耗。本文结合MATLAB仿真系统,通过直接调用从属度函数的方式,实现PID参数、溶解氧浓度偏差e、偏差率ec的模糊化处理。在进行污水处理的经过当中,通过鼓风机将空气灌输到生化池当中,进而实现生化池内溶解氧的输送。在溶解氧调节控制方面,主要通过鼓风机转速调节的方式实现,控制灌输到生化池当中
4、的空气。随着鼓风机功率的加大,生化池当中的溶解氧越多。在污水处理控制系统中,通过实际溶解氧的检测,同系统设定参数之间进行比照,并运用模糊控制器进行计算,进而控制变频器对鼓风机功率进行调节控制,完成对溶解氧的模糊控制。 本文关键词语: 污水处理;控制系统;模糊PID控制;溶解氧。 ABSTRACT Water pollution has gradually become a prominent problem in the process of social and economic development in China.
