Whats he like? 并能做出正确回答。2能够听、说、读、写单词old, short, thin, tall, strong,并能在上下文中理解其意思要求学生在学习过程中能结合所给句型替换关键词,在情景中学习新单词,并逐步学会听、说、读、写单词:old, short, thin, tall, strong。过程与方法:课堂活动形式上,主要运用唱歌、游戏、情景交际、任务
2、型教学等多种方法来设计教学活动,让学生在师生互动、生生互动、全员互动的多元语言任务活动中参与活动,并体验出学习英语的乐趣。情感态度价值观:根据小学高年级阶段学生的特点,引导他们在英语学习过程中更大限度发挥自主学习能力,积极主动地进行英语学习,更好地激发他们英语学习的兴趣。教学重点掌握五个四会单词:young, tall, short , strong, old , funny, kind及主句型。教学难点能在实际生活中正确运用句型Whos your ? Whats he/she like?教学方法情景教学法教学准备CAI、放音机、图片、词卡及学校里一些教师的照片。教学过程Preparation
3、 准备活动1、Listen and enjoy the song: My new teacher.2、Free talk:(a).Show some pictures of some classrooms.Music room /Art room /Computer room (b).将各个教室图片贴到相应的教室里。Who is he/she?Hes/Shes our Music / Art / Computer / Science teacher.3、Lets chant: (改编)Tall, tall, tall, Computer teacher. is tall.Short , sho
4、rt ,short , Science teacher. is short.Thin , thin ,thin , Art teacher. is thin.Fat , fat ,fat ,Music teacher. is fat.Funny , funny, funny ,theyre so funny!【设计意图】通过师生齐唱歌曲、自由交际和chant来创设英语氛围,激发学习兴趣,温故知新,为新课学习做好铺垫。Presentation新知呈现1、采用CAI 的形式设计一位转学来校就读的新朋友:Zip让他做一个有趣的动作.T: This is Zip, he is.S: Funny!T:
5、Yes, he is funny, do you like him ? This term he will be our new classmate.2、Zip自己介绍:Hello! Im Zip .Im glad to be your new classmate. This is a picture of my former school.(CAI出示主情景图)Zip介绍自己的老师:(a) Look! This is my math teacher (教师拿出一本数学书解释).Hes tall and thin.T: Who is your Chinese teacher? Zip假装听不清
6、,教师适时让全班学生一起问他:Who is your Chinese teacher?T:Mr Hu . Whats he like? (学生read,教师用体态语帮助学生理解)Can you tell me ?Ss: Hes short and strong.Zip: Yes, hes short and strong. (用夸张的体态语描述)Practice: “strong”. (出示强壮人物的图片)(b) Ss:(教师启发学生问) Who is your music teacher and who is your art teacher?Zip:Guess !Ss: Whats he
7、/she like ?(compare)Zip: She is young and he is old(长着胡须). (read)Practise : T:Im old ,you are young.让学生逐个说:Im young , you are old.(c) Ss :Who is your computer teacher?Zip:Mr Li. T:(出示这位老师和蔼可亲的笑脸)Whats he like?Ss: Hes(让学生随意描述,之后教师导出kind)播放常识老师悉心辅导Zip的一个片段,Zip:My Science teacher is kind ,too.T: Lets s

Am I kind?Practise : My teacher is kind./ XX is kind.(让学生说说自己的老师和同学) 【设计意图】本部分通过以上环节的铺垫,很自然的创造出主情景来,并能让学生在轻松的自然环境中学习新词汇。适时鼓励学生所作出的成绩,为他们的自信加油打气.为进一步的自主学习打下良好的基础.既然有了上一步的情景的引出,很轻松地引出本课的四会单词及主句型,并可以让学生在情景中自由的操练。 Practice巩固练习活动设计:Make a new chant. (CAI)My grandma is old,
9、 my mother is young.My father is tall, my little brothers short.Zoom is heavy, Zip is funny.They are all very kind. And Im kind, too.【设计意图】综合呈现新学单词,在歌谣中得以巩固,避免机械地朗读。活动设计: Read and match.(a). Do it on the worksheet.Whats she/he like?young funny old strong kind(b). Play it on the computer. (CAI)Whats
10、she/he like?活动过程:点击单词,把单词拖到相对应的图片下。如单词与图片能对应起来,会发出鼓励的掌声; 如不能对应,单词会自动回到原处。另外,也可以放在学校的网站上,让学生课后试一试。【设计意图】巩固单词的音、意、形; 在游戏中正确判断单词的意思。活动设计:Listen and write the words.Sue: Nice to see you again, Donny.Donny: Nice to see you too, Sue.Sue: Donny, we have a new English teacher. 12、ction输出运用课外活动设计:Picture identity cards.活动准备:dice;counters;15-25cards with pictures of various people.活动规则:If a child lands on a big dot, he or she takes a card , then describes the person on the card. For example, This is a man, Hes our math teacher. Hes tall and heavy. The child may move his or her
13、 counter one dot forward for each correct sentence. 【设计意图】巩固所学词汇的音、形、意, 在游戏中正确判断单词的意思。语言的学习在于学生自主将其输出,本部分就是要求学生在自主学习及小组合作学习的基础上,大胆的运用所学内容说出所要表达的内容。二次备课板书设计Unit1 My new teachers Part(A)Lets learn.单词: young, strong, old ,funny, kind,tall, short , thin句型: Whos yourteacher? Hes thin and shortHes very kind要求学生能在相似的情景中完成替换练习。教学难点教师要帮助学生听录音熟悉新词和新句型,感知连读、失去爆破和弱读等语音现象。教学方法多媒体辅助教学教学准备CAI、放音机、图片教学过程Preparation 准备活动1.Sing a song :My new teachers【设计意图】教师放上一课时教授的歌曲“My New Teacher”,让学生感知并复习歌曲中的语言营造一个轻松欢快的课堂气氛,拉近师生间的距离。2.日常口语练习,内容

He is a nice and he is from England.【设计意图】通过自由交际,让学生的热情进一步提升,并使他们能熟练运用并拓展各学科的英语说法及如何用英语来描述他们等。Presentat
17、ion新知呈现1.预习(Preview)利用第一课时学过的单词和句型:Whos your art teacher? Mr HuWhats he like? Hes short and thin! 结合画有人物不同相貌特征的教学图片进行关键词的替换,引导学生复习上一课时所学的新词,为本课时学习句型做好准备。2.Lets try反复播放Lets try部分录音,让学生完成根据录音内容圈出所描述教师的练习。在此基础上可让学生听一听他们所熟悉教师的声音,猜猜他们是谁,用句型:“Whos he / she? Whats he / she like?”提问学生。此后再转入Lets talk部分对话的学习。

19、k(1)教师快速呈现Lets talk 部分的人物图片,让学生快速记忆。然后教师分别说出教师姓氏:Mr Ma / Miss Liu. 让学生回忆他/她是哪个科目的教师。这时先不要求学生描述这些教师,可把该项任务放到对话教学之后。(2)听录音,跟读Lets talk 部分的对话。引导学生根据配图上不同人物的外貌特征替换关键词操练句型。可以结对或结成小组进行。(3)教师可自制或让学生制作人物卡片,并对人物进行描述,可利用句型:“Whos this man / woman? Whats he / she like?”进行操练,先由教师示范,再结对或分小组进行。 Practice巩固练习活动设计:Fr
