Their personal life was regularly discussed by people who did not know them but talked as if they close friends. At last feeling very upset and sensitive, Freddy and his band realized that th

11、lowers and gifts to the dead. The Western holiday Halloween also had its origin in old beliefs about the return of the spirits of dead people. It is now a childrens festival, when they can dress up an go to their neighbours homes to ask for sweets. If the neighbours do not give any sweers, the child

12、ren might play a trick on them.Fetivals to Honour PeopleFestivals can also be held to honour famous people. The Dragon Boat Festival in China honours the famous ancient poet, Qu Yuan. In the USA, Columbus Day is in memory of the arrival of Christopher Columbus in the New World. India has a national

13、festival on October 2 to honour Mohandas Gandhi, the leader who helped gain Indias independece from Britain.Harvest FestivalsHarvest and Thanksgiving festival can be very happy events. People are grateful because their food is gathered for the winter and the agricultural work is over. In European co

14、untries, people will usually decorate churches and town halls with flowers and fruit, and will get together to have meals. Some people might win awards for their farm produce, like the biggest watermelon or the most handsome rooster. China and Japan have mid-autumn festivals, when people admire the

15、moon and in China, enjoy mooncakes.Spring FestivalsThe most energetic and important festivals are te ones that look forward to the end of winter and to the coming of spring. Some Western countries have very exciting carnicals, which take place forty days before Easter, usually in February. 17、clothing of all kinds. Easter is an important religious and social festival for Chiristians around the world. It celebrates the return of Jesus from the dead and the coming of spring and new life. Japans Cherry Blossom Festical happens a little later. The country, covered with cherry tree flowers, l

Festivals let us enjoy life, be proud of our customs and forget ou work for a little while.A Sad Love StoryLi Fang was heart-broken. It was Valetines Day and Hu Jin had said she would

19、meet him at the coffee shop after work. But she didnt turn up. She could be with her friends right now laughing at him. She said she would be there at seven o clock, and he thought she would keep her word. He had looked forward to meeting her all day, and now he was alon with his roses and chocolate

He would drown his sadness in coffee.It was obvious that the manager of the coffee shop was waiting for Li Fang to leave he wiped the tables, then sat down and turned on the TV just what Li Fang needed! Niulang tried to follow her, but the river of stars, the Milky Way, stopped him. Finding that Zhinu was heart-broken,

23、 her grandmother finally decided to let the couple cross the Milky Way to meet once a year. Magipies make a bridge of their wings so the couple can cross the river to meet on the seventh day of the senveth lunar month. People in Chian hope that the weather will be fine on that day, because if it is

24、raining, it means that zhinu is weeping and the couple wont be able to meet.The announcer said, “ This is the story of Qiqiao Festival. When foreigners hear about the story they call it a Chinese Valentines story. Its a fine day today, so I hope you can all meet the one you love.”As Li Fang set off

37、益的同步提高为宗旨。通过对现有规模的基础和水、电、交通等和配套设施进行规范化、标准化改造、扩建，防疫、粪污处理等先进生态养殖技术的推广应用，建设牦牛、土猪和藏香鸡规模化养殖基地。项目名称：香格里拉县格咱乡扎格养殖农民专业合作项目建设单位：香格里拉县格咱乡扎格养殖农民专业合作社建设地点：香格里拉县格咱乡木鲁村建设年限：五年内完成建设任务建设规模：扩建各类禽舍200亩、各类附属用房100亩；粪污处理利用沼气工程1座；配套建设水、电、道路、防疫等附属工程；购置母猪、幼鸡孵化生产机械设备等配套仪器设备。项目建设目标：目标基础母牦牛500头，公牛100头，母猪500头，公猪50头，母鸡1000只，公鸡5

38、0只，饲养总量2200头。投资估算：项目总投资1000万元，其中：申请中央地方政府扶持300万元，香格里拉县格咱乡扎格养殖农民专业合作社自筹700万元。运行费用：项目建成后正常运行的成本费用预计为400万元。 效益分析：年出栏优质商品牦牛、土猪和藏香鸡共50000，年创产值3千万元，年创净利800万元。二、项目建设的必要性和可行性（一）项目建设的必要性1、有助于农业经济结构调整随着农业经济结构战略性调整和粮食市场放开的实行，规模养殖业发展迅速，规模化、集约化养殖已成为全国养殖生产的主要形式和发展方向。所以，本项目的建设，不仅可以促进本区养殖业的发展，促进畜牧业可持续发展，还可带动相关产业如饲料

39、加工业、食品加工业、种植业的发展，增加农民收入。对农业产业经济结构的调整具有重要意义。2、是提高畜产品品质、促进我省畜牧业发展的需要牦牛、土猪、土鸡生产在我省畜牧业生产中占有重要地位。但是随着畜产品消费市场对安全和质量要求的不断提高，对畜产品的品质特色优势建设提出了更高要求。但现有生产管理体系、生产设施、兽医防疫管理和环境保护等方面还不能满足要求。本项目建成实施后，能提高商品养殖种类的质量，增加无公害肉类产量，辐射、带动藏区甚至全省规模养殖向特色优质畜产品发展，提高牛肉、猪肉和鸡肉自给和外调量，增加肉类产品出口贸易额，促进外向型畜牧业的发展。发展农村经济、提高农业效益、增加农民收放是当前和今后

40、相当一段时期内我国农村和农业工作的重点。畜牧业对农民的脱贫致富、稳定农村经济起了积极作用。因此，发展畜牧业是增加农民收入的重要途径，而养殖业是我省畜牧业的主导产业，特色优势畜产品建设对增加农民收入起着至关重要的作用。3、是改善养殖环境、形成生态养殖的需要实施规模养殖场粪尿综合治理和生态养殖工程，增加调节池、氧化塘面积，利用沼气工程提高污水处理能力，废水处理后达标排放，部分作为冲洗水综合利用；通过有机肥加工工艺，促进禽粪的综合利用；通过喷雾系统规范消毒，预防疾病传染。改善养殖环境，形成生态养殖。（二） 项目建设的可行性1、项目实施基础条件较好香格里拉县格咱乡木鲁村荒地面积广布、草木茂盛，环境僻静

41、，水源丰富，水质好；交通便利，为商品养殖种类肉的外运和销售提供了有效的运输保障。2、 饲料来源充足该地区牧草生长茂盛，适宜放牧，草种优质，为饲养提供可靠条件。3、 劳动力丰富 对于农村剩下的大批劳动力，他们对养殖都具有丰富的经验，只要引进先进的喂养方法，进行简单培训，即可适应。三、 市场供求分析及预测近几年来以来，疑难禽类病层出不穷，给广大养殖户（场）带来了灭顶之灾。而这一切无不与养殖观念，养殖规模，科学防疫及商务信息相关，在当前大好的行情下和国家的大力支持下，本合作社建立一个养殖场是可行的。通过本项目的实施，达到年出栏10000头优质瘦肉，是当今养殖业生产性能和肌肉品质相结合最优良的品系，能

42、满足国内消费市场向质量和安全提出的要求。依托“香格里拉”品牌效应、良好的信誉和口碑、较强的市场竞争力，市场销售前景广阔。四、项目承担单位的基本情况（一）项目承担单位简介香格里拉县格咱乡扎格养殖农民专业合作社于2008年7月14日正式成立，合作社最高权力机关为：香格里拉县格咱乡扎格养殖农民专业合作社社员大会，合作社下设理事会和监事会，并选举产生了理事会成员、理事长、监事会成员。理事长嘎玛七林为合作社法定代表人。合作社股东首次认交出资时间为：2008年7月14日。（二） 人员状况2008年7月7日召开的社员大会选举了嘎玛七林、农布、杨双七林三人为理事，选举嘎玛七林为理事长；选举嘎玛七林、农布二人为

43、监事，选举嘎玛七林为监事长。合作社章程第二章第二条规定：“凡从事与本社相同或相关产业，承认并遵守本社章程，有民事行为能力的农民、组织和其他人员，自愿提交和入社申请表，经理事会审查批准，核发社员证，即可成为本社社员。从事相关产业的非农民身份证要从严控制，其人数不得超过社员总数的10%。”（三） 固定资产和现有建筑设施与配套仪器设备状况 除基本厂房外，无配套仪器。（四） 专业技术水平 传统养殖技术（五） 管理体制附：香格里拉县格咱乡木鲁村扎格养殖农民专业合作社章程香格里拉县格咱乡扎格养殖农民专业合作社章程第一章 总则第一条 为规范本社活动行为，根据国家有关法律法规和政策，制定本章程。第二条 本社以

44、从事养殖、销售特色农产品的农户为主体，由鲁茸江初发起，按照自愿、自立、互利原则成立。本社定名香格里拉县格咱乡扎格养殖农民专业合作社系香格里拉县格咱乡木鲁村。第三条 本社以联合养殖为基础，以提高社员组织化程度和增加社员收入为目的，为社员提供产前、产中、产后系列服务，依法维护社员的合法权益。第四条 合作社内部不以盈利为目的。合作社机构对外开展经营活动。第五条 本社按照“民办、民管、民受益”原则和“一人一票制”方式，实行民主管理、自主经营、自我服务。本社公共财产归全体社员所有。社员享受平等权利，利益共享，风险共担，入社自愿，退社自由。第六条 本社遵守国家的法律法规，依法组织生产经营，在经济活动中承担

45、有限责任。第七条 本社的主要任务（一）建设标准化生产基地，开发、引进、试验和推广新品种、新技术、新成果，提高社员生产管理水平；（二）组织社员开展生产经营中的技术指导、咨询、培训和交流活动，向社员编发生产技术和经营信息等资料；（三）贯彻政府制定的各专业生产质量标准，生产无公害产品、绿色食品；（四）统一组织特色农产品种源、收购；统一定价销售。（五）提供必要的法律、保险、担保等服务和文化、福利等其他事业。（六）加强精神文明建设，移风易俗，树立农村新风尚，提高社员科技文化素质。 第八条 本社自2008年7月14日成立，办公地址社在香格里拉县格咱乡木鲁村。第二章 社员第九条 凡从事与本社相同或相关产业，

47、（一）遵守合作章程，关心公共事务，积极参加合作社会议，积极发表意见，积极参加合作社公共管理，积极行使自己的管理权。 （二）积极参加各种技术培训，学习和钻研新技术，不断提高生产水平。 （三）按照上级颁布的生产技术规程开展生产，实施无公害农产品生产方案和技术标准，保证生产出无公害合格农产品，坚决杜绝使用伪劣农业投入品，杜绝生产有害人体健康的农产品。 （四）维护合作社对外签订的各类合同的严肃性，按照合作社要求制定相应的生产计划组织生产，交售农产品。决不能因为市场发生变化，就首先违约，擅自出售农产品；违约者，按照合同法予以赔偿。 （五）在销售特色农产品时，支持合作社在自己的销售收入中提取一定比例的金额

48、，用于合作社公务活动、生产发展基金和所聘用合作社理事长和财会人员的工作。 （六）要遵纪守法，自觉执行合作社的各项规章制度。 （七）要积极参加合作社理事会、监事会召开的各种会议，一边了解情况，行使自己的监督权和管理权。 （八）要为自己的利益高度负责，必须百倍慎重选择、罢免理事长人选，以免因选择人选事务而给自己的利益带来损害。第十二条 社员有退社的自由。社员退社须提前一个月以书面行使提出，由理事会即使办理退社手续。退社后，其入社股金于年终决算后两个月内退还；本社经营盈余，应分给其应得红利；本社经营亏损，应扣除其应承担的亏损份额。退社后，不得分配本社共有财产，不退会费。第十三条 有下列情况之一，经理事会批评教育无效，由理事会表决予以除名，并办理退社手续： （一）不遵守本社章程； （二）不履行社员责任； （三）6个月以上不参加本社组织的活动。 （四）其行为给本社名誉和利益造成严重危害。第十四条 社员死亡的，其法定继承人（含一人以上）应在6个月内办理入社手续，继续享有权利并承担义务。法定继承人不愿意入社的，可以按照第十二条的规定申请退社。第三章 机构第十五条 本社设立社员大会、理事会、监事会等内设机构。第十六条 社员大会是本社的最高权力机构。社员大会由全体社员组成。经授权，社员代表大会，可以履行社员大会职权。社员代表由社员直接选举产生，其人数不少于社员总人数
