As a part of my degree, I interned at different legal departments. I was very fortunate to have an opportunity to intern at the Beijing office of . By involving my

17、么条件才能申请 一、国家公派留学申请条件 博士探讨生申请时年龄不超过35岁具有硕士学位，或申请时为应届本科毕业生，或在读硕士生(含应届硕士毕业生)或博士一年级学生。 硕士探讨生申请时年龄不超过30岁，具有学士学位或优秀本科毕业生，身体健康，表现良好。 访问学者(含博士后探讨)申请时年龄不超过50岁，应为高等学校、企事业单位、各级行政单位、科研单位的正式工作人员。 高级探讨学者申请时年龄不超过55岁，除应符合访问学者的申请条件外，还需具备以下条件之一： 国家重点试验室、教化部重点试验室、国家工程(技术)探讨中心骨干; “长江学者”特聘教授或教化部当年确定支持的创新团队中的骨干或“新世纪优秀人才安

18、排”入选者及其他国家级人才安排入选者; 教化部批准的国家重点学科学术带头人; 中心国家机关、地方行政管理部门、国有大中型企业高级行政管理人员。 其中教学科研人员应为教授、博士生导师;中心国家机关、地方行政管理部门管理人员应具有副司局级(包括副司局级)以上行政职务;国有大中型企业管理人员应具有相当于副司局级(包括副司局级)以上行政职务。 申请人应为高等学校、企业事业单位、行政机关、科研机构的正式工作人员和在校优秀学生，且符合下列基本条件： 1、酷爱祖国，酷爱社会主义，具有良好的政治和业务素养，无违法违纪记录，在工作、学习中表现突出，学成后回国为祖国建设服务; 2、具有良好专业基础和发展潜力，外语

19、水平达到国家留学基金资助出国留学外语条件规定的要求; 3、身心健康; 4、符合有关奖学金项目选拔简章的详细要求; 5、曾经享受国家留学基金资助出国留学的人员，回国后工作一般须满五年方可再次申请。 二、如何申请 1、国家留学基金全额资助项目、与有关国家互换奖学金项目根据“个人申请，专家评审，同等竞争，择优录用”的方式进行选拔，并由留学基金委托付有关国家留学基金申请受理机构(以下简称受理机构)受理，留学基金委不干脆受理个人及单位的申请。受理机构负责接受询问、受理申请材料及对材料进行审核等事宜。各受理机构的地址及电话请上_网()查询。 2、专项出国留学项目及有关合作项目根据“个人申请，单位举荐，专家

20、评审，同等竞争，择优录用”的方式进行选拔，由各有关单位按项目要求统一组织申报并提交申请材料，留学基金委不受理个人申请。部分项目如高校基础课任课老师出国研修项目、俄罗斯艺术类项目等，留学基金委将托付有关受理机构受理申请(详细项目请查阅附件五通过受理机构申请项目一览表)。其他项目由留学基金委按项目要求干脆受理申请。部分项目的遴选事宜，留学基金委将刚好在_网上公布并将遴选通知发至有关单位，在此之前暂不受理申请。详细申请方法请查阅20_年国家留学基金资助出国留学项目指南。 三、公费出国留学申请材料 1、国家留学基金管理委员会出国留学申请表(20_年版); 2、本人所在单位出具的由单位负责人签发和盖有单

21、位公章的单位举荐看法表; 3、两份由具有正高级专业技术职务专家、学者出具并署名的举荐信(固定样式); 4、工作简历; 5、获奖证书复印件(若无可不附); 6、国外单位邀请信复印件(若无可不附); 7、身份证、职称证书、最高学历、学位证书复印件; 8、外语水平证明复印件(若无可不附); 9、体检表原件; 10、有关项目要求提交的其他材料; 11、出国留学专家评审看法表; 12、CSC出国留学基金申请人员信息一览表。国家留学基金管理委员会出国留学申请表、单位举荐看法表、专家举荐信(附件2-1)、专家举荐信(附件2-2)、出国留学专家评审看法表、CSC出国留学基金申请人员信息一览表等请从_网下载(全
