15、rs degree in law (LL.M.), political science and international relations, who has studied at universities in Belgium, Canada, Spain and the United Kingdom. Formerly with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, he has worked as a lawyer in several firms.Marcelo CousillasHe

17、gotiations for the Escaz Agreement, the Chair of the legal review group of the negotiating committee and the Chair of the first meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Agreement.Carlos de MiguelHead of the Policies for Sustainable Development Unit of the Sustainable Development and Human Set
18、tlements Division of ECLAC, Mr. de Miguel coordinates the actions taken by the Secretariat of the Escaz Agreement. He is an economist; holds a Ph.D. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Universidad of Valladolid, and a masters degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Chile; and is
19、 a graduate of the European Studies programme, Tilberg University, the Netherlands.Constance NalegachChief of the Office of International Affairs of the Ministry of the Environment of Chile, Ms. Nalegach is a lawyer who holds a masters degree in public law with a specialization in constitutional law
20、 and a masters degree in human rights.
