1、唯品会电子商务营销策略研究唯品会的电子商务营销策略探讨内 容 摘 要 随着近年来互联网的快速发展,基于互联网延长的新兴产业不断涌现,在人们经济收入增大以及消费观念的变更的条件下,电子商务营销起先蓬勃发展。随后,越来越多的企业加入争夺这机遇与挑战并存的电子商务市场,使得该行业的竞争愈发激烈。对于新兴的电商行业,传统的营销策略已经不再适用,拥有独特的商业模式对目前电商企业来讲尤为重要。本文以电商企业唯品会的电子商务营销策略为探讨对象,主要探讨分析让唯品会在竞争激烈的市场中占有一席之地的营销策略,对唯品会基本状况、营销现状、宏观环境及微观环境等进行探究,通过 SWOT 分析唯品会的优势与劣势。在此过
2、程中,发觉唯品会在营销时也存在肯定的问题须要优化解决。首先,网页对用户的精准特性化举荐不足;其次,商品种类繁杂、分类过多;其次,客户关系管理及售后服务有待提高;再者,其模式单一,特色易被仿照,优势被威逼;最终,其履约成本过高。为了让唯品会得到进一步的发展,须要对这些问题进行优化改善。而针对唯品会营销中存在的问题,笔者结合相关理论及社会实际状况,提出有效可行的优化方案,如优化大数据平台、削减商品类别、网络公关优化、提高企业曝光率等。希望笔者的建议可以为唯品会或其他电商企业供应一份参考,帮助他们适应瞬息万变的电商市场。关键词:电子商务;营销策略;SWOT 分析 Research on Vipsho

With the increase of peoples economic income and changes in consumption concepts, e-commerce marketing has begun to flour
4、ish. Subsequently, more and more companies joined the e-commerce market, where opportunities and challenges coexist, making the industrys competition more intense. For the emerging e-commerce industry, traditional marketing strategies are no longer applicable, and having a unique business model is p
5、articularly important for current e-commerce companies. This paper takes the e-commerce marketing strategy of e-commerce company Vipshop as the research object, and mainly studies and analyzes the marketing strategies that make Vipshop stand out in a competitive market. And this paper also explores
6、Vipship’s marketing status, macro environment and micro environment, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Vipshop through SWOT. In the process of analysis and research, it is found that there are five problems in marketing that need to be optimized by Vipshop. Firstly, the precise
7、personalized recommendation of the webpage to users is insufficient. Secondly, the variety of commodities is too complicated. Thirdly, the management of customer relationship and after-sales service need to be improved. Fourthly, the sales model of Vipshop is single, and its characteristics are easi
8、ly imitated, which threatens its own advantages. Finally, the cost of compliance of Vipshop is too high. In order to get further development, Vipshop needs to solve and optimize these problems mentioned above. In view of the problems existing in the marketing of Vipshop, this paper will combine rele
9、vant theories and social reality, and put forward effective and feasible optimization solutions, such as optimizing big data platform, reducing category of commodities, optimizing the internet public-relationship, improving corporate exposure and so on.
