1、2023年教学设计大赛说课稿 教学设计大赛说课稿 Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, dear judges: My name is Liu Xu, and Im Contestant No .Its a pleasure for me to present my teaching idea here.My presentation is based on Unit 8 in Base Module One.Im going to talk about my teaching plan from six parts: Analysis of students
2、, analysis of teaching material, teaching objects, teaching procedure, teaching reflection and blackboard design.Part 1 Analysis of students Listening and speaking has been a weak point in English teaching for vocational school students due to their poor vocabulary and structure knowledge .They are
3、lack of good learning habit and effective learning strategy.Most of them tend to learn English just by imitating and memorizing.They are not so active and confident in cla, but they have a strong desire to be a succeful learner.Part 2 Analysis of teaching material Unit 8 How can I get to the nearest
4、 bank? in Base Module One is focused on asking and giving directions.My leon is the first period of this unit to practice students listening and speaking skills.The key points lie in applying the expreions about asking and giving directions to communicate.Students may find it difficult to make conve
5、rsations by using these expreions.Part 3 Teaching objects The knowledge objects are to enable students to master and use appropriately the words and phrases about places, location and traffic , apply the imperative sentences to give directions and have a good command of the useful expreions like “ H
6、ow can I get to ”, “Walk along” etc . The ability objects are to train students abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, especially listening and speaking. The aim of learning strategy is to accelerate students to learn by interaction, application and cooperation and help them to trans
7、form language knowledge into abilities . Cultural awarene is to develop the spatial awarene in the western culture and their cro-cultured communication. Moral & emotional objects are to cultivate students to ask for help and respond in good manners and foster their abilities in cooperation and probl
8、em-solving.Part 4 Teaching procedure:(8 steps) Step 1 Lead-in 1) Free talk about travelling 2) Students watch a video clip to get them to realize various means of transportation make the world small, but they may get lost when they come to a strange place.3) Then students have a brainstorm to find o
9、ut the solutions when they get lost.Present “read a map, ask the way”.Purpose of my design: 1 To create relaxed and lively atmosphere in cla To activate students schemata with the familiar topic To cultivate the ability to think and solve problems independently Step 2 Talk and match 1) Read the map
10、of a street and talk about what they can see in the map. Present the new words: bank, croroads, traffic light etc.2) Do Activity 1 to practice the new words Purpose of my design: To present new words in the authentic scene and help students have a better understating of the meaning To improve learni
11、ng strategy of vocabulary To prepare students for listening and speaking activities Step 3 Listen and repeat Have students discu how to ask the way.Play a video clip to help students summarize the expreions.Then get students to repeat and memorize.Purpose of my design: To improve students learning s
12、trategy by listening , imitating and summarizing To provide a real scene by adopting audio-visual method Step 4 Look and practice 1) Show a group of flash about giving directions and practice the expreions “walk along” “turn right” etc 2) Play a game:Do As Instructions .Divide students into two grou
13、ps.One group gives directions and the other responds by walking in the “claroom street.” Purpose of my design: To make the cla lively and interesting and attract students attention To enhance the understanding and application of the target language by using situational teaching method To encourage e
