9、examines the international development aid issue within the framework of global economic governance,analyzes the commitments and actions by the advanced economies to maintain the existing development aid system,and explores the new pattern of emerging economies development aid and its possible chall

10、enges to the current principles and norms on development aid.Realizing the MDGs is the main channel making up the divergences of advanced economies and emerging economies on development aid.To setting the post-2015 development agenda is the main content of the two sides striving for voice in the future of international development system.The Emerging economies can only play bigger role when they come together through the BRICS etc.Key Words Global Economic Governance;Development Aid;Advanced Economies;Emerging Economies;the MDGs
