4、tinvolvesthreesubstations,namelytheexisting220/35kVA472substation,theexisting35/10kVB301Sthe35/10kVC581substationandanewsubstation.Thisisthepower,controlandgroundingcabletrenchexcavationprojectamongthreesubstationsandforMVusersconnectedtothethreesubstations.1.2施工范围ScopeofWork1)由A472变电站引出3路35kV出线。其中:
5、一同引至B301S建筑35/10kV变电站原1#主变,原1#主变电缆将抽出,与新增4#主变连接;另两路引至35/10kVC581变电站1#主变跟2#主变。回路采纳FS-YJY-26/35kV-1*300mm2单芯电缆,直埋敷设。去C581的两路35kV线路,敷设时沿差异道路,以防止两回线路同时受损。Pullthree35VoutgoingsfromA472substation.Ofwhich:ThefirstoutgoingisledtoB301SBuilding(35/10kVsubstation)theoriginalone#maintransformer,pulltheoriginalo
6、ne#maintransformercableout,andconnecttotheadding4#maintransformer;theothertwooutgoingsareledto35/10kVC581#1andsubstation2#maintransformer.UseFS-YJY-26/35kV-1*300mm2single-corecablesforLoopandburiedpulling.Two35kVlinestoC581arelaidalongdifferentpathstoavoiddamageofthetwoloops.2)由B301S变电站引出7路10kV出线。全部
7、引至B399中心制冷站。回路采纳10kV截面为95mm2的三芯铠装电缆,由B301S南面现有的电缆井引出直埋至装置。Pull710kVoutgoingsfromB301SsubstationtoB399centralrefrigerationstation.Loopuses10kVthree-corearmoredcablewithcross-section95mm2andpulloutfromtheexistingcablewellinthesouthofB301Sthenburiedlaytothedevice.3)由C581引出10路10kV线路,分不为A507的四台变压器,B551的两
8、台变压器,B553TDA装置氢气压缩机2台,C521盐酸装置氯气压缩机1台,盐酸压缩机1台供给电源。其中,变压器回路采纳10kV截面为185mm2的三芯铠装电缆,马达回路采纳10kV截面为95mm2的三芯铠装电缆。以上电缆线路均沿方案道路埋地敷设。1010kVlinesledfromC581areusedtosupplypowertoA507sfourtransformers,B551twotransformers,B553TDA2setsofhydrogencompressorunit,C521hydrochloricacidchlorinegascompressorunit,andhydr
9、ochloricacidcompressorunitrespectively.Amongthem,transformercircuitusesx3-corearmoredcablewith10kVcross-section185mm2,motorcircuitusesthree-corearmoredcablewith10kVcross-section95mm2.Allcablelineswillbelaidundergroundalongtheplanningpath.4)接地电缆回路:Groundcableloop:从A472敷设一根95mm2裸铜线去C581,同时从C581敷设四根95m
10、m2裸铜线,分不引至B551、A507、B553跟C521,作等电位结合。以上电缆线路均沿方案道路埋地敷设。Laya95mm2barecopperwiretoC581fromA472.MeanwhilelayfourbarecopperwirestoB551,A507,B553andC521forequipotentialbonding.Allcablelineswillbelaidundergroundalongtheplanningpath.5本工程电缆沟走向如下:Thecabletrenchdirectionsareasfollows:电缆沟南线为A472至C581,全长约850米,按照
11、K-K断面图:开挖深度为1米,沟槽底宽0.6米,沟槽面宽约1.1米。CabletrenchsouthlineisfromA472toC581about850meterslong.AccordingtoKKsectionaldrawing,excavationdepthisof1meterwithtrenchbottomwidth0.6mandfacewidth1.1m.电缆沟北线为A472至C581跟B301,其中共线约220米,按照A-A断面图有:开挖深度为1米,沟槽底宽1米,沟槽面宽约1.5米;CabletrenchnorthlineisfromA472toC581andB301andth
12、ecollinearisabout220meters.AccordingtoAAsectionaldrawing,excavationdepthis1metertrenchwithtrenchbottomwidth1mandfacewidth1.5m.至C581支线约430米,按照E-E断面图有:开挖深度为1米,沟槽底宽0.6米,沟槽面宽约1.1米;至B301支线约300米,按照B-B断面图有:开挖深度为1米,沟槽底宽0.6米,沟槽面宽约1.1米。Thesub-linetheC581isabout430meters.AccordingtoEEsectionaldrawingexcavation

17、alpreparation1针对本工程特征编审详细的电缆沟施义务业指导书,及时构造图纸会审。Compileparticularcabletrenchconstructionengineeringguidebookasperprojectcharacteristicsandorganizepromptlydrawingsjointexamination.2)按照上海市电力建破工程施工工艺施行细那么结合本工程理论编写电缆沟施工工艺卡,并构造施行。CompileconstructiontechniquecardsaccordingtotheShanghaiMunicipalElectricPower
18、ConstructionEngineeringConstructionTechnologyImplementationDetailsandorganizeitsimplementation.3)施工人员单方面理解电缆敷设来路、终点及敷设道路。Constructionworkershavecomprehensiveunderstandingantecedents,destination,andlayingpathoflayingcables.4.2材料预备Materialpreparation按照材料方案倾销所有的材料。所有材料规格型号及电压等级应符合方案恳求,并有产品合格证。Purchasem

20、dwireor20#leadwireandsoon.4.4作业情况预备operatingenvironmentpreparations1土方开挖前,应按照施工方案的恳求,将施工地域内的地上、地下阻碍物去除跟处理终了。Priortoearthexcavation,clearupobstructionsonthegroundorundergroundasperconstructionplan.2建筑物或建筑物的位置或场地的定位把持线桩、标准水平桩及基槽的灰线尺寸,必须通过检验合格,并办完预检手续。Thelocationbuildingorstructureandthecalcareousnesso
21、fsitepositioningcontrollines(piles),standardlevelpileandthegroovebasesizemustbetestedqualified,andfinishedpre-screeningprocedures.3场地要清理平坦,做好排水坡度,在施工地域内,要挖临时性排水沟。Cleanupthesiteandmakedrainageslope.Excavatetemporarydrainsintheconstructionarea.4夜间施工时,应公正安排工序,防止错挖或超挖。施工场地应按照需要装置照明装备,在危险地段应设置清晰标志。Arrang

23、owerthan0.5moftheunderside,andthenexcavate.五.电缆沟施工CableTrenchConstruction5.1电缆沟丈量、定位cabletrenchmeasurementandpositioning1按照出线电缆方案跟电缆沟开挖现场地形条件断定出电缆沟详细走向。Determinethespecificdirectionofcabletrenchofoutgoingaccordingtolayoutandexcavationterrainconditions.2)电缆沟线路丈量包括定线丈量、水准丈量跟开门见山丈量。Thecabletrenchlineme
24、asurementsincludealignment,levelinganddirectmeasurement.定线丈量要测定线路的中心线跟转角,并应丈量沟槽与相邻的永久性建筑物的位置关系,需要时应在空中上设破标志。Alignmentmeasurementneedstodeterminethecenterlineandcorners,andmeasuregroovesandadjacentpermanentbuildinglocationrelations.Ifnecessary,setupgroundsigns.在停顿沟槽水准丈量时,应沿线设临时水准点,临时水准点标高值由把持水准点引测。Co
