2、”老师说：“没关系，重在参与嘛，越是胆怯，越要锻炼自己。”于是我报了名。回到家里，我就开始天天对着镜子练习演讲，不放过一个细节。真是“台上一分钟，台下十年功”。经过我的不懈努力，我终于能大方自然熟练地演讲了。星期四下午，比赛正式开始了，我穿着漂亮的白纱裙来到赛场。首先是高年级的大哥哥大姐姐们演讲，他们演讲的十分精彩，给了我很大的压力。马上就要轮到我了，我心里别提有多紧张了，手心直冒冷汗。这时，一双温暖的大手搭在我的肩上，原来是老师。老师亲切地对我说：“别紧张，老师相信你。”我一下子放松了许多。该我上场了，我努力克服内心的胆怯，开始了演讲。不知不觉我完全进入了状态，大大方方地演讲着。演讲完了，台
