1、冠词是虚词不能单独使用，他用在名词前，帮助指明名词的含义。1、不定冠词：a,an2、定冠词：the 3、零冠词：冠 词1、a(an)用于单数可数名词前,an用于以元音音标开头的单词前。如：a book;an apple不定冠词的用法2、具有“一个”的意思。意为one，指人或物。如：I ate a banana.It is a cold day.说话人不是在指“这个香蕉”或”那个香蕉“，只是说吃了一个香蕉。4.4.词组或成语词组或成语A little,a few,a bit,a bit of,a lot of,a great many,in a hurry,after a while,have

2、a cold,have a try3.与序数词连用，表示又一个再一次如：he asked me a second time 他又问了我一次1、特指，具有“这”或“那”的意思。如：The lunch was well cooked.定冠词定冠词the the 的用法：的用法：2.当说话人与听者都知道所说的具体东西时。如：Thank you for the banana3.独一无二的事物：如：the sun,the moon,the earth,the universe4.与单数名词或形容词表示一类事物。如：The whale is the largest mammal on earth.the

3、young is stronger than the old.5、用于乐器名称前。如：play the piano/the violin/the guitar6.用在某些有普通名词构成的国民名称，机关团体，阶级等专有名词如：the united states7、用于序数词或形容词最高级前如：In the twentieth century the best8.用在姓氏的复数名词之前，表示一家人如：the Greens 格林一家注：使用单数可数名词一定要加：1、a/an/the或 2、this/that或 3、his等物主代词。如：I drove a car.I drove the car.I

4、drove that car.I drove his car.1、复数可数名词前不加冠词，表示类别如：Horses are useful animals.There are pencils,pens and books onthe desk.零冠词的用法2、三餐、球类运动、棋类游戏前不加冠词如：have lunch,have supper,have breakfast play football,play basketball play chess,play bridge3、物质名词或抽象名词前不加冠词如：Can man live without air?failure is the moth

5、er of success.5.在季节，月份，节日，假日，日期，星期等表示时间的名词前不加冠词如：we go to school from Monday to Friday.4、表示称呼.头衔.职位的名词前不加冠词如：Who is captain of your team?John was elected chairman of this organization6、专有名词普通名词前如：Beijing Airport,Nanjing Road,ZhongshanPark7、杂志、期刊前。如：China Daily,English Language Teaching9.当by与火车交通工具连用
