4、As a creative designer, you will be expected to handle a very broad base of work, from advertising and concept development to design, branding, packaging and layout design. 作为一名有制造力的设计师,你将处理主要的根底工作,广告和概念开发设计、品牌、包装和布局设计。 Excellent Adobe CS design skills are a must, as is the ability to speak both Eng

9、点网聚 职责描述: 1、负责一点资讯广告投放平台创意产品的整体规划设计与创新,包括但不限于在线创意编辑工具、动态创意、程序化创意等; 2、从广告主角度动身,深挖广告主创意制作各环节的需求,为广告主供应工具支撑,从而提升创意制作效率和质量; 3、推动开发和测试团队按时完成产品的开发和上线,协作运营同学完成工具推广,监测工具使用数据并结合反应进展优化; 4、通过客户调研,主动收集需求,并定期对自身产品、整体行业、竞品等进展分析和评估。 任职要求: 1、2年以上产品设计阅历,创意工具产品或广告平台方向优先; 2、本科及以上学历,计算机及相关专业优先; 3、具备良好的沟通沟通和规律思维力量,能自主完成用户调研,洞察用户需求; 4、具有较强的产品设计力量,能够对现有产品和新产品提出有效可行的产品规划方案,能够撰写高质量的需求文档,清楚地描述产品的目标和设计思路; 5、有高度的责任心和团队合作精神,能承受肯定的工作压力。
