I hope I can make a good performance today. And the content of my lesson is from ( ). I will be ready to begin this lesson from

2、 five parts. Analysis of the teaching material, the teaching methods, the studying methods, the teaching procedure, and the blackboard design. First, let me talk about the analysis of the teaching material.Part1: analysis of the teaching materialI，Status and function:This lesson as we all know, it i

3、s a reading passage. It plays an important part in the English learning of ( ). By learning this lesson, the students can develope their ability of reading and increase their interest in ( ). If the students can learn it well, it will be helpful to make them understand the rest of this unit. Accordi

4、ng to the new standard curriculum and syllabus, after analyzing the teaching material, I think the teaching aims and demands are the following.II，Teaching aims and demands1, Knowledge objects.(1), the students can hear, read, and use main patterns, such as.(2), the students can use these patterns to

5、 express their thoughts in the proper situations.2，Ability objects.(1) To develop the Ss abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. (2) To train the Ss abilities of working in pairs. 3，Moral objects.(1), By completing the tasks, the students can increase their interest in ( ) and set up

And mostly, they will not use English to express their thoughts, because they are afraid of making mis

8、takes.Part2: the teaching methodsAccording to the analysis of the teaching material and the students learning background, I will mainly use the Total Situational Action method and the Task-based Language Teaching method. The former is a “scene activity teaching method. It establishes a real scene an

9、d the interaction between the teacher and the students . The latter offers the students an opportunity to complete the tasks in which students can use language to achieve some specific outcomes. Part3:the studying methodsSome students are not active in the class, and some even dont like English. The

10、refore, I will let the students study in a relaxed atmosphere. The students can understand the language points by listening speaking thinking and observing. After understanding the language points, I will let the students get knowledge by cooperative study. In a word, I will:1, Teach the students ho

11、w to be successful language leaners.2, Let the students pass “Observation-Imitation-Practice to study language.Part4:the teaching procedureI will finish my lesson in five steps. What comes first in the warming-up.Step1: Warming-upI will divide this class into four groups, and bring a competition int

12、o this class. So as to make the students name ( ). At last lets see which group is the winner.Purpose of my design: To make the students know something about the story of ( ) and understand the background of this passage better. Besides, I think proper competition can arouse the students interest in

13、 learning English.Step2: Presentation Ill use the CAI to present the language points, and arrange some situations to help the students understand the language points. Ill write the key points on the blackboard while they are watching. After watching, Ill teach them to read these new words and make s

14、ure they can read and understand them well.Purpose of my design:To present the language points by CAI is much easier for the Ss to learn and grasp the meanings. CAI can provide a real situation by its sound and pictures. Step3: PracticeAt first, I will play the tape recorder, and let the Ss listen t

15、o it carefully. After that, I will require the Ss to read this passage loudly. And then, Ill ask some Ss to answer the questions about this passage on the screen. Each student can represent his or her group.Purpose of my design: This step is designed to let the Ss get the main idea of this passage.

16、And the Ss have a chance to practice their spoken ability. Step4: ProductionFirst, I will require the students to skim this passage once agin, and try to retell it in his own words. Both English or Chinese will be okay. If the students have some trouble to retell it, I will give them some clues. Aft

17、er retelling this passage, I will give the students a scene which is similar to this passage. And the students will be given a task to make a dialogue about this scene by using the language points they have jut learned. If the students have some trouble to make this dialogue, I will show them some e

18、xamples.Purpose of my design: “Task-based Language Teaching method is used here to develop the Ss abilities of communication and cooperation. And by using the language points they have just learned, the students will be more familiar with them. Step5: Homework1, To recite the words as many as possib

19、le after class.2, To make a dialogue by using the language points and write it in the exercise book.Purpose of my design: I think homework is so important that the Ss should speak English as much as possible. And it is necessary for the Ss to do some exercise so as to master the knowledge they learn

20、ed in class.Part5: the blackboard designOn the top, I write the title of this unit. On the left, I will write the key points. In the middle, I will write the sentence structures. And on the right, I will show the power point by multimedia. And this design can help the students to understand this lesson clearly and memorize these words easily.
